The best AC business in Southeast Texas. Donny is very professional and knowledgeable. He is honest and ethical. We were told by another AC business we needed a new outside and inside unit (even though our unit is only 7 years old) and they quoted us $9k to replace it. I called around and other quotes came in at half that price. Donny did even better than that, he was honest and said we didn’t need a whole new system and was able to replace and repair our system completely at a fraction of the cost we were originally quoted. We are very grateful.

I found Smart A/C solutions through a common friend. Donny really came through when I needed it. My A/C stopped working completely and Donny installed a brand new A/C and evaporation coil the very next day in a few hours for a reasonable price. The job was clean, professional and done to my utmost satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Donny installed a new furnace, thermostat, and changed out all the ducts in attic for one of our investment properties. He is polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. We are very satisfied with services from this company and would definitely recommend them to other real estate investors in the Houston area.

Donny came and fixed our heater in 7 minutes - the previous tech (from another company) had said we’d have to spend $450 and replace two parts. So glad we didn’t do that. Next time we’ll call Smart AC solutions first.

I want to give a big heart felt thanks to Smart AC Solutions. Our air conditioner went out it was 95 degrees in our house. We live on a fixed income. I have deteriorating kidneys, plus Im diabetic. My husband is also disabled and diabetic. We have a 20 year old daughter with down syndrome. I seen their ad on Facebook and I messaged them and told them I wish I could call them for the repairs But we didnt have the money to afford it. We talked a bit and they came out and found the problem and fixed it. What I didnt know was last night they did a fundraiser and was able to get some of the money donated and they covered the rest. They went out of their way to help us. I was totally blow away and cried like a big baby when the man told me. Our house is nice and cool again. They are very nice people and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were truly a blessing to us.

Smart AC Solutions installed and helped us set up two Nest smart thermostats in our home. The cost of installation was very reasonable, less expensive than the BigBox retailer where we purchased the thermostats. We were able to get same day service - greatly appreciated.The technician was knowledgeable, and easily installed the devices and connected them to our older HVAC control systems - no C wire. We appreciated his patience as he walked us through the app set up and showed us the features of the thermostats.We would use Smart AC Solutions in the future.

Donny called, we discussed the job (replacing the draft inducer) and 30 min. later he was at my doorstep. He went to work and dispatched the job in short order, then inspected and cleaned the burners. While he was checking the system he noticed that the ductwork just above the furnace was dilapidated and leaking heated air. He went back to his shop for needed supplies. He returned and taped and cemented the leaks. All in less than 3 hrs and for less than $300. We are very happy to have found this vendor and recommend them highly. Smart AC will be our “go to” service should we have any HVAC issues in the future.
