    This company is awsome. The people you talk to on phone are so sweet and helpful. They always come out as soon as possible, usually the same day you call. The guys they send out are wonderful! Best ac/heating company around.

    We love Reeders! They have always come thru when we needed them! They originally installed our AC system in our house in 96. And have kept it working since we bought the house in 2016. So Thankful for their service.

    Called after hours and spoke with someone from Reeder’s. We have not ever been customers and he could have charged us an emergency/weekend call out fee but instead listened to what we described to be the issue and told us to check one tiny piece. Turned out to be the issue and we were able to replace it before the children started whining. For future AC repair and purchases we will definitely be calling Reeder’s.

    Update: Dennis, came and fixed our AC in about 20 minutes! I’d definitely recommend HIM.Our AC has been out since Thursday. They came Friday to fix our AC, it’s Sunday and still has not been fixed. We understand things have been busy, but we asked them to let us know if they weren’t able to get back to us right away so we could get a window unit, until our central air was fixed. At 4:12pm Saturday after hours of trying to get ahold of someone we get a call back on my phone (they didn’t want to answer my husbands 979 number, so we called from mine since it’s still a San Antonio number.) The guy tells my husband not to waste money buying a window unit because he was on his way back and would bring us one until he could fix our AC. This man NEVER showed back up. No one in La Grange has AC units right now, which is why we needed to know something so we could drive to SA and pick up a spare my father in law has. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. My house is 98 degrees and I have TWO young children and one on the way!

    We have used Reeders twice for installing two new Lennox air conditioners. A 21 seer variable speed unit in 2015 and they also installed a two speed 15 seer unit for us in 2019 including all of the new ductwork for our upstairs living space. I have always been very pleased with the quality of work and fair pricing. Recently we had our 2015 unit go offline for repair and they came out same day to diagnose the faulty inverter board and were able to install the new part the next day. Great service from the Reeders team. Highly recommend
