Steven is amazing! He installed a new A/C unit for me a couple of years ago. A few days ago, I noticed that the house wasn’t cooling like it normally would and contacted him. He came out immediately to check on things and cleaned the outside unit and replaced the filter, at no charge! The next day he called to check on things (great follow up with no promoting from me!) and I mentioned it still didn’t seem as cool as I would have expected. He came out again and diagnosed the issue. He didn’t have everything he needed to resolve things on the spot and made another trip out two days later. Issue resolved and my house feels great! All of this at no charge! I was so impressed with Steven when he first installed my unit two years ago, and even more impressed with the service today. It is rare to find people who are reliable, trustworthy, and willing to go above and beyond - Steven is all of those things and more! I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend SHR AC & Heating. Steve and his crew were awesome. He was recommended to me and we used for new HVAC install. I received a prompt response when I first reached out. I felt we received a fair, reasonable price. We were given options and for some additional ductwork that cost was separated out so we could consider how we wanted to move forward. Steve then moved quickly to secure the equipment and schedule the job. The communication was great all throughout the process. Now our project was not ideal with remnants from a recent move, a plumbing issue and other mid projects, but they handled nicely. The team was respectful and importantly, they did quality work. We had one small add on which was discussed. Steve stuck to the price and finished up quickly. Then got our warranty all set up and would make any future adjustments for air flow if needed with some new ductwork sections. Steve was really great to work with and went the extra mile. We’re overall so pleased and satisfied. Definitely give them your opportunity!

He was patient when answering my questions and provided multiple options, each with reasonable prices. When I called him the next morning to ask when he could come out to install the unit, he mentioned he could be there the same afternoon! Steve and his team then showed up and installed the air conditioning very quickly while wearing masks (despite it being very hot outside and in the attic).He was honest in telling us what needed to be replaced (AC only) instead of trying to sell us a furnace along with the AC to make more money (as several other contractors have tried). Steven was amazing! He was able to come out the same day we called to fix our unit. We are new to this house, so we didn’t even know where some of our equipment was. He was very patient and didn’t treat us like we were stupid for having the problems we were having (like other companies we’ve used before). Thats not the case with Steven and SHR. I certainly wont hesitate to call them for future needs.

Previously had a scheduling issue with SHR but Steven went out of his way to make it right. He stayed on with me and followed up until we were able to reschedule. He also alerted me to a few important things, such as the actual age of my HVAC unit (when I was led by the seller to believe it wasn’t as old as it actually is. I live in a condo, so the unit is on the roof) and the fact that the last company that worked on it ran a bait and switch repair on my home warranty. It’s as correctly fixed as it can be thanks to SHR. Will definitely be using them in the future.

He drove way to Anna some years ago and fixed our A/C. My husband and I were very happy with his services. He saved us a whole lot of money and was very reasonable priced from other companies we called. We had to reach out to him this summer again and one of his workers came before the night was over. This is a very reputable company and affordable too. Heaven sent especially when you are from another state and youre trying to find legit people on your own. This type of business can be shady with ripping customers off but I love this guy! He comes through! I just had to post after I got scared from the heater unit making noise. My family had no AC on a Friday. By the time I got home from work and checked the system it was late. I called SHR AC because of a referral. Even late on a Friday Steven answered immediately. As I was telling him our problem, the AC started working again. We decided to have Steven out Saturday morning, which was a good thing since the AC quit again. Steven found the problem quickly, bad condenser fan. He got a supply company to open up so he could get the proper part. He replaced it and even put bleach down our drain to clean that out. Over and above is what he delivered in customer service. I highly recommend SHR AC!!!
