I have used Shawnee AC since moving to Henderson and would use no other provider. I teach C-suite executives sessions on Customer Service through one of our tiered-one research institutions in Texas and always use Shawnee AC as example of the standard all businesses should strive for. Whenever I have had an issue, professionals such as Micah Johnson respond within an hour. Micah personifies the words selfless service and always goes above-and-beyond any expectation. He calls each time there is a job done to ensure it has met our expectations. He, and the entire Shawnee AC team, has become family to us. Other team members, such as Jay Johnson, have come to our home on a weekend night to make a repair and his response was, We take pride in serving our customers! I often quote the words of Winston Churchill when he said, We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. What Shawnee AC has given our family and our entire Rusk County family is a peace of mind that their business is here to serve with integrity, consummate professionalism, and is second to none in customer service.

Shawnee has the best customer service, quick response time and all around great people to work with. We recently worked with Micah on installing our new unit, the unit was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Very pleased with this new unit (Big savings on our light bill!) and with the service from all the guys, very professional. Highly recommend them for all your A/C and heating needs!

After the hailstorm in Henderson, two of the commercial TPO roofs we, Peak Performance Construction, were replacing required new HVACs. We worked with Micah at Shawnee. He replaced all 4 commercial HVACs on both jobs and made the process easy and seamless. I will definitely work with Micah again. Thank you so much for all your help!

When my AC quit working, these guys came out quickly on a Saturday, and they got us cooled off again in no time. Very easy to do business with, and next time we have any heating/AC needs, well definitely give them a call!
