I was in need of an outside condensing unit, I had a few of the larger companies come out to take a look at the unit and give me a quote. They came out and did their best to up sale me to things that I didnt need. I remembered using Service Junction when I was a contractor and never had a callback for service issues. I called them and they were professional, came out the same day. Within a few days I received a quote that was completely fair and I accepted. A few days after that Robert showed up to do the install. Again, they came in and did an extremely professional install, and informed me of some minor repairs to my air handler that they fixed on the spot. Not only respectful of me, but also of my house and cleaned up behind themselves. It has been a few days now and everything is running better than it ever has. I would completely recommend this company with absolutely zero hesitation. Wonderful staff and professional installers with reasonable prices.

We were in a desperate situation trying to get a coil for our A/C unit under warranty. I called Terry and she was SPOT on getting what we needed for my local A/C rep. I wish I could use this company but they are located to far out from our location (1 1/2hrs) to get quick service. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and assistance we received. THANK YOU Terry!
