We had Andrew work on our A/C unit today ! He is the most efficient technician and takes time to diagnose the problem . We had another company come and check our A/C early this week and they told us that the motor and the board had to be replaced ! Their charges were way too high and that is when we contacted Andrew ! Andrew found that the motor had to be replaced but the board was working just fine ! Andrew’s chargers are reasonable and you will get the best service ! While waiting on tbe motor, Andrew installed a temporary one which no other company has done !! Thank you Andrew and you will always have our business !

Andrew called me just a few minutes after I requested service. We set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time identified the problem and gave me a very reasonable and fair price compared to two other Big air-conditioning companies whose prices were outrageous. Andrew ordered the part it came in the next day he picked up And came to make the repair. Andrew was very nice, professional, Showed up on time got the job done quickly, and there was no pricing surprises Nor did he try to sell me A bunch of stuff I don’t need. I would highly recommend using this company.

Probably the most honest and best tech in dfw tackled the issue our older unit has when other companies wanted to just replace it all. Thank you for going above and beyond and being fair and honest it’s a very rare thing these days. 5* isn’t enough for him but he deserves more. Thank you for being honest and on time even on a Saturday!!

Andrew was willing to negotiate a more reasonable charge which we agreed on. THIS WAS RESOLVED. THANKS ANDREW!I was charged $249 for a flame sensor which I found out should have only costed $30-$50. This was very dishonest. Therefore dont recommend using them for lack of integrity in charging for parts.

Andrew was the first to call when I enquired on-line about getting our aiir conditioning repaired. There was a freon leak. He was very open, honest and upfront about the issues, found our leak with a thorough leak check. Added freon to get it cool in the house and getting back with us next week when we can get a condenser coil to replace our leaking one. We highly recommend Andrew.

I called because my AC was not cooling very well. They responded pretty quickly and found the leak that was the problem. The repair was done within 2 hours and my coolant was refilled. Good service, timely and within my budget. I was surprised and glad that like some companies I wasnt told to replace the entire unit. His card is now taped to the AC in case any issues come up I know who Im gonna call next time. Definitely recommend you consider if your AC crashes.

A job well done! Very very well done! I do have a deep appreciation for knowledge skill and craft and Andrew and his brother from Serious Comfort did a fantastic job. We bought an older home and the AC was simply poorly designed for the addition we have. I really appreciated Andrew’s analysis and thought explanations. They upgraded my AC and corrected numerous design mistakes. It works great now and we are very happy. Again job well done. Really appreciate it and highly recommend him and Serious Comfort. Andrew is a true class-act professional. If you’re looking for an honest HVAC guy, you’ve found him. Admittedly, I didn’t end up doing any business with Andrew as I ran into a warranty situation with Lennox (HVAC manufacturer) and had to use their methods instead, but Andrew was the nicest guy to help me work with Lennox and helped me get my situation all sorted out, despite me not being a customer of his. It’s little things like this which separate people like Andrew from other techs who are just after the money. I would recommend Andrew to anyone. Another great plus is that he has personally answered all of my phone calls each time I have called him. No answering service, no voicemail, it goes straight to him and he’s ready to help. AC went out in Texas summer, called and had a representative out to my house in less than an hour. Swapped out broken part and inspected inside and outside systems of the AC within 45 min. Very quick, professional, and informative as I was given recommendations on how to do better upkeep. Great service!
