Mike Haghdoust from Selective Air was 10/10. I called he was at my house within 2 hours replaced the filters and cleaned the dirty sensors. very professional. didn’t overcharge. cheap. and felt comfortable having him in my house full of kids. guy is AWESOME. never met them before just called the closest firm off a google search. never going anywhere else -

I met Mike from a networking event and he is a great guy. So I referred My neighbor to him because she had some Ac issues. She called Mike on a Saturday afternoon and they went out to service her house on the same day! Mike was professional, honest and being education on the issues she had and not doing the typical sales talk trying to get her to do more high price service. It is hard to find this level of integrity and honesty since most business are trying to upsell you something. I will definitely refer him to my friend and family for now on. -

Our AC on our upstairs unit had stopped working. We had THREE different AC technicians look at it and all three gave us different diagnosis as to what was wrong. After none of the three were successful I reached out to Mike and explained our situation. We were having family in the next day and it was crucial that we get the AC working! Mike came out within two hours, diagnosed the problem and within 3 hours (including the time it took to go to Allen to pick up a part) he had our AC back up and running. Mike took the time to explain what he was looking for and why he made the diagnosis that he did. He did not treat me like I was someone that didn’t know what I was doing, and I certainly did not feel like he was ever trying to be dishonest with me! And, most importantly did not try to sell me a new unit! It seems like we are always having AC issues and have seemingly dealt with a number of the bigger companies in the area, but Mike will be our go to guy from this point on! -
