We have been having issues with our home not staying cool for years. Many other companies had come to our house, given estimates and did piecemeal, temporary fixes. Richard came out, the same day I called, gave a fair estimate and actually diagnosed the problem! He finally identified the root issue of our hot 2nd floor and fixed it with precision, even returning to tweek the fix the moment we noticed there was a minor issue. Would call Seaton Services again in a heartbeat! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Richard, Richard, Ricardo, and Brittany are wonderful honest people. We had months of issues with HVAC repairs handled by another company in the middle of a 105+ prolonged Texas heat wave without any resolution; kept having the air go out, to more and more charges. Seaton Services was recommended to us by our home builder and my family and I are full of gratefulness for their assistance. The team at Seaton Services was quick, thorough, and addressed many issues the prior company had not detected with efficiency, accuracy, and class. We have had nary an issue since and the whole team will be servicing our HVAC needs going forward. Highest possible recommendation.

My A/C unit stopped working while temp was 97 degrees! My elderly mom’s health is fragile. A friend recommended Seaton. Price was much less than other A/C companies! Richard sent out technicians the next morning. My unit was installed before I got home from work! A Lennox unit at a great price! Excellent quality, value and service! Don’t sweat call SEATON Services!
