#1,Customer service needs alot of help,for starters your phone not only takes hours to be answered but usually you cant understand the customer service Rep.#2 never, saw or heard from field op. Rep.Terry at all, all business was between Sub. Contractor . #3 the sales Rep.Marie Bizzak was outstanding, she was Professional,caring,stayed in touch till the end even after all was done and complete,this young lady is a very important asset to your sales and customer service dept.
