The installation of the HVAC was quick, I have no complaints about it. The time leading up to having to purchase a new system is what I am complaining about. I requested service to check the system, they could not find a problem, but knew there was a leak, I was charged $753.00 for them to refill with refrigerant only for it to stop cooling again. My money should have been refunded or went toward the purchase of the new system. -

I was very pleased that an appointment with a service man was scheduled for the next day after I called about my Microwave.The Service man was knowledgeable and efficiently corrected the problem.My only suggestion is that times for services/repairs should be made with a 2 hour window instead of a four hour window for time of arrival. -
