We moved from a large city to Hamilton and were not used to always receiving the best service. Schumans did an awesome job on our new build! Any questions we have had, they respond quickly and are always happy to help. The owner is awesome and runs a great company! Every one of the staff has been awesome to work with. I will be recommending Schumans to all our neighbors with new builds and existing.

I thought it was the capacitor again. I went to Schumans to purchase a new one. The owner tested it and found it to be fine. He came out himself about 20min later to see what the problem was. It turns out my outside unit finally died. He gave us a portable ac until he could get the parts in to replace our old unit. Him and his son continued to check in on us and offered us another portable or window unit. When they came out, Darrels crew was VERY professional, respectful, never heard an inappropriate word, quiet, and cleaned up their work area as if it were their own house. I cant give them enough praise! And the new unit works amazing! Thank you Darrel and team for all you did for our family. I highly recommend Schumans!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!We have used Schumans for several years and will continue to use them for as long as we can. They always go above and beyond to make sure our systems are up and running. The last time they were here they discovered an issue with one of our units that was completely unrelated to the service call. Had they not discovered this when they did, it would have caused major damage to the unit. We cant thank them enough for all of their hard work.

Our air conditioner went out last Sunday. I called and they responded and came out. The compressor went out on it so they were unable to fix that day. However, The gentleman that was here went back to his shop and brought 2 window units for us. We would have had to go to a motel if he hadn’t done this. If you need good professional service, good quality equipment then Schumann’s is the place you need to call.
