Could not get my heater to turn on for the first time this season. Called Sams heating and air and they was at my door within the hour. After taking some time to verify their thoughts, they determined it was the security companys thermostat creating the problems. The tech was great and got me on the right path with a new thermostat. after installing the thermostat, everything worked great. Customer service was great and individual professionalism was the best i have seen in awhile in this town. I would recommend them for services to anyone that asks, thank you. -
