My ac went out Friday Night. I reached out to Shane and he came out Saturday afternoon. He immediately diagnosed my issue and said he would call me Monday. Monday comes and he calls and tells me he found the part and it was warrantied. He came back Monday afternoon and finished up. Super reasonable on price and even a better person. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

A surge burnt up our breaker as well as our unit at 2pm Tuesday afternoon. I contacted Shane and he was over by 5:30pm same day. It was replaced by the next day with a better unit and way less $$ than we expected. Shame has a great work ethic, kindness, is thorough and fair. Extremely grateful for Shane, his business ethics and helping me keep my cool in a heated situation.

Ive never had a better experience with an a/c company than I did with Sammons. Shane is a complete professional and excellent communicator - both characteristics that I highly value when choosing a company to give my business to.We had to have two HVAC systems replaced in our home. The original installation date turned out to be one of those rare ice days in Houston, so Shane called me early the day before to let me know that wed have to postpone by a day. Then he called again the next day to let me know that he had gotten the parts and would be at my home first thing the next day.The guys arrived by 8:00 a.m. and had both units completely installed before 2:30 p.m. I was blown away by their professionalism and how hard they worked to get the systems in so that my house could warm up again.Shane has since followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. I could not be happier, and I cant recommend them enough!

The service was excellent. He came out to check out the problem the next morning after I had called that evening, he diagnosed the issue, provided solutions and was back the next day to complete the repair. Always on time, polite, respectful, did what he said he would do and completed the repair to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Sammons Air and Heat.

Stand up company and good prices.. Would recommend them to anyone. Honest good guys. One of the things I like about them is they do not try to up-sale you on services like most other companies. They are honest and tell you what needs to be done in their honest opinion. Will be using them biannual for my AC/ Heater checkups as well if anything goes out.
