I was very please with service I received from Sam & J Air Condition. Jorge was very prompt to return my call and scheduled an appointment. He continued to communicate with me via text within the designated time frame scheduled to allow me to leave work and meet him. He was very thorough with explaining the problems with my a/c unit and his service charges are very affordable. I would highly recommend this company!Very satisfied customer

I reached out to Sam and J A/C after having some extreme quotes and difficulty scheduling a repair with other companies in the area. They were very polite and professional, arrived earlier than expected to get our system up and running and kept great communication through the whole process. I am very happy! Thank yall!

Jorge cane out to my residents and did a service call. Our Unit is having trouble keeping up with the weather and he talked me through what was wrong with it and how to fix it, our unit is 20+yrs old and runs off old refrigerate. So he told me what he was going to do and he did it. He kept our AC going through this brutal weather. And he said if anything else is needed to call him and he will come back out to check the system. He came to my residents BEFORE going home after what was already a long day on a Sat. His service fee was amazing and didnt bend the bank because he knows that people need help, his prices are very fair a knowledge is amazing. If you need a service or even a whole system replacement give them a call
