Had Issues Trying to get Project Air and Cooling to come to my home, which are the company that installed our ac in our brand new home. I went down the list to find another AC company and I contacted R&R and he immediately came to my residence without any hesitation. He arrived within 20 min. and I had the best customer service and great honesty most of all. He took care of our leak and cleaned out and serviced our AC unit. After 2 days without AC he immediately got our AC back up and running without a leak. Very professional and on point with his work. Thank you R&R and I recommend this company to everyone.

Ronnie was responsive and went right early morning when I called him about my AC not blowing air. He took a look at my houses blower unit, identified the problem, and luckily it was a quick easy fix, although scary because somehow some wires melted together. 😱I highly recommend him and his company, always reliable!

Ronnie and his crew did an AMAZING job! Not only did he come out after hours on a Friday when my unit stopped working, but he and his crew were there to replace the entire unit the next morning (on a Saturday) and got done a full hour ahead of schedule. His customer service is above and beyond as well. He called over the weekend to make sure everything was working and checked in again days later, too. His pricing was beyond fair, too. He could have easily overcharged me due to it being after hours and on a weekend, but he didn’t. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend.

For the last few years Ive been having AC problems. After having multiple companies come out and say the evaporator coil couldnt be repaired because it was leaking, I met Ronnie, the owner of R&R hvac. He came out on a Sunday morning and repaired the leak. Now my unit is running awesome and I didnt have to replace the coil or replace the unit, as other companies told me I needed to do. A huge thank you to R&R Hvac & refrigeration.

I cannot express just how much I love this company! I have called on R & R twice and both times the owner was able to come to my home the same day, diagnose my AC problems and fix it the same day!! This Houston heat is no joke and AC is needed!! lol Hes a great guy, very helpful, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend R & R!!

After my home warranty failed me on their AC guy that came and looked at my unit for less than 5 mins, saying there was nothing wrong, left and then my AC was not cooling and they wouldnt return til next business day, I took matters into my own hands and called R&R. Ronnie came to my house in less than 15 mins. Turned out the guy from the warranty company turned the AC switch off up and my attic. Ronnie found a leak in one of my pipes that was causing damage to my home and he schooled me my unit. He really explained everything to me in detail. I liked that he was personable and I really felt he took his time to look in my attack and on my unit. I know who to call now. Thank you Ronnie!

TLDR: He treated my problem like it was his, and fixed it without taking advantage and billing me to death.My AC went out in the middle of summer, gave R&R a call, was the best decision. I spoke with Ronnie (at 5pm) and he came out that night!He showed me the exact issue, a leak in my coil and was able to get it fixed right then and there! He pointed out and replaced the shady job the original installers had done with some connections and mounts for the unit too!Hes upfront and honest, and thats how he became my family AC guy. Where others just want to replace everything, and take advantage when its 90 degrees in your house, Ronnie worked up till the end of the night and got me cold air.Great Business, Great people, have me for life!

I had a refrigerant leak and after several companies coming and just adding refrigerant, I finally had a very professional and experienced tech come out. He found the leak and repaired it within a reasonable time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs ac work done. Thanks R&R!!!!

I called late in the evening, with no hope of getting any help with my AC thru several company highly rated. But luckily I called R&R HVAC, top notch and honest, Ronnie answered my call, looked at my AC it was an electric issue that he fixes in a split. His service is remarkable and I would recommend this company to anybody in need.

These guys are fast and honest and very professional I had estimates done to repair my unit that has been leaking for years and all the other companies said it coudnt be repaired so I called R&R and they fixed all the leaks and the ac is working good !!
