I am impressed with the company and staff. My hvac unit experienced a problem after hours, and they came to repair it that night. Everyone, from office staff to service techs, were wonderful and truly cared about me as a customer. They do treat you like family. -

Awesome service on Laborday. Both gentlemen explained everything in detail about what was needed to repair the air conditioner. The lady in the office checked on parts that were available, and they came back the next day to finish installing the new air conditioner. I will definitely use them again. -

Our A/C stopped working on Sunday. David was at our house in a matter of an hour or two. He was so kind, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Diagnosed the problem .... needed a new system. We had a quote emailed to us while David was still at our house. For our comfort the company provided a portable A/C unit to take the edge off the heat - no added cost. The new unit was installed on Tuesday by Mark and Austin. Definitely the kind of men you want working in your home. Very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and kind (even to our dog). When the job was completed Mark showed me what they did and answered all my questions. I hope the company appreciates these 3 men (David, Mark, and Austin) and how they represent the company well. They are out in the field making a good name and reputation for the company.I would use this company again and have no problem recommending them to everyone! -

Called and April was so awesome!!! Got me booked same day. Not expected during the summer when everyone needs ac help. Then Paul shows up . Its the end of his day but still he delivered great serviced. He fixed the problem and was great with all three of my pups!!! Thank you guys so very much!!! We are first time homeowners and now we have our ac company for life!!! -

Was having issues with my AC system.. called them up and had a tech at my house within two hours... a quick check of my system and had the problem identified. A quick trip into Austin to get the part and returned, installed, and tested the system. Price was fair and service was quick and friendly. Will absolutely use them for any service and repair needs in the future -

I am in charge of a 10,000 sqft commercial building put up in 1958 with A/C retrofitted in the 60s. The organization that owns the building is a non-profit and does not have deep pockets. The first time I worked with Claude Roznovak, was to install a new boiler,(used to heat the building) at a cost we could afford. Since, he has helped us keep 35 tons of A/C (4 units) dating from the 60s onward running. His team also keeps our old refrigeration and ice maker working.He has found solutions that keep us afloat financially, an honest man that knows his craft. -
