Edited - Marcelis arrived on time on a Friday, did his inspection and found no problems with my system. I never received an answer as to why my AC never ever turned off. After he said freon level was ok and recommended maintenance service next year I resigned myself to large bills and turning the AC off through the circuit breaker. On Saturday night the house was now hot so I planned on calling Monday morning first thing because apparently my freon was affected (it was cold before). Then Monday around 1:00am the house started smelling sickly sweet so I turned off the AC through the furnace as the thermostat wouldnt turn it off. I was unsure whether to call Roman Cavalry back as they didnt really help first time but Id already paid (so that was a waste of $$). In the end I decided to go with someone elses recommendation for another company. 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁 - Mark, the mgr with Roman Cavalry, followed up on this review to find out how they could correct situation and leave me with a better opinion of their company. Told him other company already working on it. He requested honest feedback on their services and promised to offer constructive guidelines to employees in handling any questionable issues. His willingness to make me happy led to him offering a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 (which 𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱). If I were looking for a manager, I would definitely consider him a top candidate. Roman Cavalry is lucky to have him. I rely on other peoples reviews so based on Marks commitment to customer service I will recommend you try their services. -

Had an issue with our AC unit not cooling. Called Roman Cavalry and they came within that hour. The issue was fixed right away. They were very respectful, kind and patient with three kiddos in the house. They went over and beyond and even went into attic to double check everything. The price was reasonable and came with year long warranty. So so happy with this company! Thanks for keeping us cool 😎 -

Marcelis was recommended to me by someone whos opinion I trust and he did not disappoint.He arrived within the specified time window and took the time to walk me through what the expected visit would entail do that I had a clear idea of what was expected. I have never done an AC tune up before in my new house and Im glad that the first person we turned to was Marcelis.He explained what he found during each step of the process and helped me understand how my system worked and how to anticipate different needs moving forward and what to watch out for based on the type of system I have. He gave me a peace of mind that my system was a good system but had some flaws that I needed to pay attention to so I could maximize the efficiency and the cooling of my familys house during the hot Houston summers.I would heartily recommend Marcelis to take care of all your AC and Heating needs as he is not only knowledgeable, but he is professional and makes sure you as a customer are better informed then before his visit. Had trouble with our AC unit not cooling. Called Roman Cavalry and spoke to Marcelis and he was able to come same day! Not to mention it was Mother’s day weekend and raining and he got the job done! Marcelis, the owner of the business, took my call at 5pm and was at my door by 7pm as we scheduled. He helped me with troubleshooting the installation of a Wi-Fi thermostat and was able to identify a problem I was struggling with for several days within a few seconds.His work ethic as a business owner alone is incredible, working until late evening on a weeknight. With his kind demeanor and technical acumen with HVAC systems, I will be going to him for help any time I need it for as long as he’s in business. -
