I am happy to add another five-star review to this business. These folks deserve every one of those stars. When our ancient AC system died, Roger Brown AC prepared a competitive estimate within 1 day, and kept the same estimate price to the very end of the project -- no hidden or unexpected increases. They installed an entire central-air and heat system in just 2 days, happily working around my familys schedule and being minimally intrusive. They are friendly, professional, superbly knowledgeable, and amazingly sensitive to the customers needs. My family is thrilled with the system that Roger Brown AC installed and the service we received. If you need a best-in-class HVAC contractor, look no further than Roger Brown AC!

We were put in a bit of a bind over the weekend when our A/C went out. I contacted Roger on a Saturday, he did a visit, presented my options in a professional manner, and gave me the facts. By Monday late morning he had replaced my furnace and the problem was solved. I have used Roger now on two occasions and highly recommend his services. He obviously knows the business very well and gives you a straight, honest answer.

Our AC went out during a Heat Advisory, the compressor on our roof that was 30+ years old had finally given out. I sent Roger a text based on the recommendation of a neighbour in the mornign and he was there by the afternoon to assess the situation.Roger talked me through our best options and how to resolve it and we came to an agreeable price to replace our indoor unit and roof condensor. Roger arrange the replacement as a matter of urgency as we were burning up inside. The next day a crane showed up along with Roger and the crew and they got to work. The whole job took ~4 hours and by the end we were living in cool air once again!We were very pleased with and grateful for the service provided by Roger and his crew and will use them again in the future

Ive been working with Roger and his staff for several years. Theyve always been quick and courteous when it comes to repairing our A/C unit and they always charge us a fair price. In the hot Texas summers, quick responses are important and Roger and his staff (shout out to Taylor) always keep us cool. Highly recommend them!

This company is OUTSTANDING! Fast and affordable service! Its up to 100-115 degrees here in Texas and it was a Friday night at like 7pm, my AC went out. Ive got a 6 month old baby and I was terrified going into a weekend with no AC. I called so many companies with no luck. When I called Roger, he said he was sending someone my way. He showed up an hour or so later to disguise the issue then called another HVAC employee to come out to finish the repairs. The other HVAC arrived an hour or so later and worked until about 11pm. He resolved the issue—talk about a dedicated service! Im so thankful we were able to get the AC up and running, this company definitely deserves all 5 stars!

We had an old unit that needed replacing and after several quotes we went with Roger. Roger ordered our unit gave us a date for installation and installed it on time and on schedule. One of the reasons we went with Roger was because he was local and his years of experience. His crew was very professional and always answered all my questions during the installation. I will definitely call Roger again.

When our A/C went out recently, a friend referred Roger. I called to see how soon he could come out and he was there that day. It was clear from the get-go that Roger is a true professional. He assessed our situation and determined several things..... among them that our original A/C compressor was undersized for our homes square footage, and that the cause of our master bedrooms underwhelming cooling was likely due to a ducting issue (such as a MBR duct going off of a 3-way splitter rather than directly connected to the main manifold). Roger could not replace anything that day, he had prior committments at other locations but he did offer to top us off at no charge. The next day his crew showed up..... these were no 19 year old rookies, these were solid looking guys who were all business and very experienced. They had our compressor + furnace/AC_coils replaced, new Thermostat, AND...... re-did our master bedroom ducting faster than i thought possible. By that evening our home environment was dry and cool again. That evening in my MBR i felt for the first time some cool airflow where i sleep, something id not actually felt since moving in over 10y ago.Roger is a consummate professional, very thorough and knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend him.

When I called Roger Brown to come out, he was there the very same day when I got off work to look at my ac system.He gave me a quote and was very up front with me on the cost.When I was ready, I called him and his team was there to install my new ac/heating system and was done by the end of the day.Nice Job Roger!!!

Absolutely FREEZING yesterday and my heat goes out at the end of the day! As a single mother with 3 sons, 2 dogs, fish, plants and love birds to protect it was almost overwhelming after a long day at work and still with pipes to wrap, faucets to drip and plants to bring in! However, after calling Roger Brown Heating & AC I was instantly less stressed! He and his crew arrived after normal working hours and before I knew it the heat was on and all was calm again. Thank you Roger Brown for your prompt service and professionalism - you have acquired a customer for the winters (and summers) to come. My entire family is THANK-FULL and WARM!

AC went out with a 8 1/2 month pregnant wife, in the middle of summer. Taylor and Rog were here quick, diagnosing quickly, and beat everyone else’s price by literally thousands. We had to replace the original unit to the house. Was here next day and and back up and running before noon. Service like this usually is only promised, but I was blown away, literally. 😉
