As for the service he provided, he was fast, good prices, even threw something in for free. He did a great job of explaining things to me before he left. The best part, in my opinion, is what he didnt do. I swear every time someone services that, they come back saying isnt it about time you upgraded your unit? I need some part or another that hasnt actually failed, but will cost a thousand dollars. Always with the upsell and I dont know whether theyre working me over or the part is really needed. Robert didnt do that, but gave me the assessment of how things were. It didnt require replacement parts now, but things are showing wear. The honest work was surprising, and refreshing. Ive already referred his services to others. -

Honest prompt service. I’ve used Robert for years now for my AC service and I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is always quick to respond and does top notch repair. Highly recommend. -
