I had given up on superlative customer service, but then I called Roadrunner Plumbing & Air. From the first contact, the customer service rep was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I could hear her smile through the phone. She said to expect the plumber between 9am and 12pm.Imagine my surprise when I got a knock on my door at 9:03am. I was impressed. Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable. I explained my issue (constant running of water in my toilet tank), to which he listened patiently. I must say that impressed me also. Usually, I encounter guys who try to talk over you. Not Andrew!He also checked my water pressure and made suggestions. One thing that I had on my someday-list was water filtration. He gave me a quote for that also.Overall, I didnt feel pushed to buy any additional services. When I considered the quote for my toilet flushing problem, I thought the price was equitable. I had spent over $150 on water waste (15,000 gallons of water for September), and the price Andrew quoted me gave me the peace of mind that that wont happen again.Im impressed with Roadrunner Plumbing & Air and will call them again for services if future issues arise.

We have used Road Runner Plumbing several times. They replaced my pressure-reducing valve, water softener, they found a small water leak outside my house and water heater. They actually found out the the water heater was still under warranty and helped save money.This time around we needed to replace our fixtures in the master bedroom. I had a few questions and the owner Chris stopped by and answered all of my questions and concerns. They have fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and they kept me updated on status of what was done. Diego and Frank were very informative, professional, and on time. Although I thought I was only having an inexpensive water heater flush, it turned out I needed a new expansion tank as well. Diego was very infornative about what was wrong with the old one.. The guys wrestled that old tank out of the small corner it was in and put in the new one. They attached the new one more securely than the old one had been. Thanks guys!

Thanks so much to Chris, Frank, Diego, Albert and Tabitha for my recent service.Pros:* Answered each time I called (no automated service where I cannot get ahold of anyone).* Was able to get me in same day as my schedule allowed me to work from home that 1 day of the week.* Automated alerts/emails on who is arriving and when.* On time and accounted for! ...Which is a rarity for the SA market. They appreciated my time and schedule.* Owner (Chris) rectified an unfortunate call back issue to my satisfaction. He came over himself to make sure we discussed the issue and provided the necessary estimate. Stellar service.* Frank and Diego then came out to do the work. They were both delightful, knowledgeable, and straight shooters. They didnt try to upsell me on my repair or give me service that wasnt needed. They explained the situation, the options and allowed me to make the choice. I believe Frank said it best - Im Paraphrasing - I wouldnt want someone to treat my family in a disreputable way. We dont do that to our clients.Cons:* Price is subjective - so I will let everyone be their own judges. We did end up replacing a faucet ourselves based on a price quote, but the other work they did was reasonable in my opinion.* Issue with a callback visit needed. Potentially my own over anxiousness, regardless call was not handled to my satisfaction. However - was resolved next day by owner.Overall, I had a great experience with Roadrunner Plumbing and will use their services in the future based on their customer service alone.

This was my first time using Roadrunner plumbing services and I will definitely be saving their number because their service was extremely fast, affordable and you could tell they knew their stuff. I had a major water meter leak situation out in the front of my house, the water had run down all the way down the road around my neighborhood. My neighbor helped me and when Dirk and his team got here from Roadrunner services they detected where the leak was coming from and fixed it in less than 45 minutes! They were knowledgeable and I feel super confident that I will be using them again if I ever need help with fixing any plumbing issues around my house. Thank you for the wonderful service!

After several days without hot water and tired of waiting for the Home Warranty response I called Roadrunner Plumbing , a company that was referred by a close friend.Next day they sent two pleasant and professional technicians.The water heater was 13 years old and had to be replaced.An estimate was provided and explained in full detail.Since the heater was installed in the attic and had no flood stop they highly recommend,for a peace of mind,the installation of the unit.We approved the job.Service was fast and clean and now my wife is happy.Excellent experience so I highly recommend this Company.

The work done by Frank and Jesus was excellent. They were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They accommodated all our safety concerns during this pandemic. After quickly working to find and clear the clog in our plumbing, they tested again and again to make sure the clog was definetly cleared. They explained what was happening and answered all our questions. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Frank and his team were great! They arrived promptly, inspected the water heater, and gave me the news I was unfortunately expecting - its become more of a sieve and is not fit for purpose. They were able to remove it, install a new system, and give me the nickel tour within just a couple of hours. No-nonsense and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely call again (though hopefully not about the water heater)!

My experience with Frank Rocha and helper was truly awesome. I was so impressed! They came to replace the cartridge on a handle, and did much more than that without any additional cost!!As one worked, the other scrubbed all the dirt and hard water stains off the sink! They also poured an enzyme down the drain of the tub to unclog it, and without cost, did the same to the sink.As they were ready to go, I mentioned that my other bathrooms shower faucet wobbled. They ended up in the other bathroom with a power tool, in the access space behind the tub, shortening the pipe with a power saw - all at no cost to me!!! Then Franks second man (sorry I cant remember his name) caulked around the faucet and handles in the second bathroom.They looked at my recently - installed hot water heater as well, and found that two ancient pipes had not been removed and replaced by the plumbing company that installed it! I will definitely be asking Roadrunner Plumbers to do that fix in the future!!Well, today I had three problems fixed for the price of one fix and an enzyme pour! Pretty remarkable, and very professional men!! I am so impressed, and all my future business will go to Roadrunner Plumbing!!

After having a bad experience with another plumping company, I called roadrunner plumping and explain to them the situation and they guaranteed us they would be out after 4 the same day. I called around around 2:36 and by 2:50 I got a text saying Julian Ramos was our plumber, gave a brief description of him self and picture. Was on his way and even gave us a tracking of where he was at on his route to us. He came very nice, checked our clogged and repaired it in a very timely manner. Service was awesome! Highly recommend!

Roadrunner was very swift in coming to my house to address an issue with my shower. They went ahead and tested my water pressure and offered a solution. The cost was slightly higher than an original quote I had from another company but I was impressed with their work and reviews online so I went with Roadrunner. They came within the originally scheduled window and installed a new expansion tank on my water heater and a PRV and quarter turn ball valve handle on the customer side of the city water line. They also replaced a hose bib free of charge. Dirk and Onie were the service team that came and they were great. Would recommend for your everyday plumbing needs due to their fast response time and dispatch manager that was attentive on the phone.

I called about a leak outside in my water meter box. The leak was just past the water meter so SAWS doesn’t handle it. Frank Rocha and his coworker showed up within an hour or so, quickly isolated the problem and gave me an estimate. They replaced an entire section of the line and installed a new brass shutoff valve in place of a plastic one. They also replaced the pressure relief valve to fix water pressure issues we were having. They were efficient, professional and informative. Highly recommend.

I especially like their cleaning up after themselves, they are respectful and careful of the work area and keep working as i ask questions. They explain everything and get written permission before doing repairs. They installed 3 toilets at various times and hot water heater. All plumbers charge a fee for their work but Roadrunner is a good investment as the go to plumber.

Our plumbing was leaking in the attic. We called CMC Plumbing on a Sunday morning. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous and told me that Matthew would be there in 1 - 2 hours. Matthew arrived on time and within an hour he had repaired the leak and also had checked all of the rest of the plumbing in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very polite. The price was fair. I was very impressed by the service from beginning to the end. CMC is first rate and I will not hesitate to use them again!

We have been using CMC plumbing for almost 8 years. I had not written a review but with the catastrophic winter storm I felt the strong need to do it. I emailed CMC Friday morning because one of my pipes bursted and we continued to have no water. I received an email at 10:30 pm that they’d be here the next day. When I saw Waley the next day I had a deep sense of relief. He fixed the issue and we had water after five days. Whoever put here that they’re expensive, you get what you pay for. If you want honest, reliable and quality work. Go with CMC plumbing. They even helped out my neighbors who were not customers. They had been with their company for 30 years. Their company did not come through. They are now moving to CMC. I’d sing bigger praises to them but it would take up more space. Thank you Chris!

I have used all the big names in the San Antonio area and with them some trade people without a thought of doing the job all the way, meaning if it was clean when you arrived more then likely it was a home owner thing. Well this year I found what I would consider a true professional from start to finish. The copper piping by the water softener perfect replacement, and the back flow valve for the irrigation system excellent work. This will be my permanent plumber for all future jobs thank you.

I called on a Sunday and was called back immediately. The service was not only professional but inexpensive and quick . I would recommend Chris to everyone please dont use the over rated and over priced big names. He came out to our house on a Sunday and we were not over charged .

My water line from my garage to the 3 outdoor faucets is leaking (slab leak). The solution is to redirect the water line to the attic above the garage than run the water line to the manifold feeding the valves (installing a 3/4 PEX insulated water line). Since its a major job I talked to 4 different plumbing companies -- after I review the specifications of their scope of works I selected the CMC.Here is the reason why I selected CMC Plumbing Solutions:1. CMCs scopes of work for my plumbing job were very specific, logic (made scenes), cost effective.2. Well managed in term of minimized the cut of the Sheetrock within my house.3. CMC also put in writing to give me a year warranty of their works.4. I was very impressed when their staff said I do not need to pay anything until the jobs are complete and checked all water lines throughout the residence to insure no issues before CMC collect their money (It show their professional confidence that they will get the jobs done).Moving forward CMC Plumbing Solutions will be my go to person in term of plumbing need in the future....
