Im extremely happy with the service provide. The work was done in a timely matter. The service advisor Chris was keeping me updated with the progress. There were issues with our duct work and was charge a reasonable price to fix the corrosion. They added two vents at no extra costs as well. My new AC unit works like a charm. I highly recommend RMJ HEATING AND COOLING.

Chris, Peter, Richard and all the other guys did a standup job with our unit. They were all professional, quick and thorough in every aspect of the job. Literally 1 day install. Without cutting corners or doing shady work. Staring with the electrical upgrade to plumbing, new ductwork, sheetrock taping and floating completed fast and perfectly done. Totally amazed.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Started with a phone call explained my situation with both units. Chris came out looked at my units, I told him I needed a replacement because of the issues I was having. Next day Julian came worked on both one each day. I am so very pleased. My family is happy and cool with El Paso summer months. After each unit’s Julian explained what he was doing in steps. I highly recommend RMJ.

Amazing workers and management. My A/C gave out this summer, called a few different companies that were not available for weeks to replace a bad unit. RMJ was able to come by my house on the same day to discuss size, pricing and all and had a new a/c unit in by the next day. Thank you guys. Highly recommend this company!

I can not say enough about this company. I called on a Friday from out of town because our heater went out and we knew we needed a new one by now. Let me tell you they went in on Saturday look at what we had and needed and was given a quote. As soon. As he explained everything and told me its a Trane unit I was sold. So I applied for their 25 mth no interest credit program they had going and was approved. They were running an awesome special which I could not turn down. About $8k for a split system Trane heck yeah. Since I was out of town and no one at home for installation. It was done the following weekend. Let me tell you I love my Trane system. Of course Ive yet to try the AC portion of it but if its anything like the heater I can say I will be pleasantly pleased.I highly recommend this family as they are family owned and operated. Very nice people and great to work with. Mind you my partner doesnt know much about HVAC and I dealt with them over the phone the entire time. They did a marvelous job, oh and do know they answer right away.

I cannot say enough about these guys. My father in law is an HVAC professional whos been in the business 30+ years. He confirmed that we got a stellar deal on our upper level unit in March. Jimmy was awesome, he fixed issues related to my lower level unit the same day I called, solidifying the sale of my home. I shopped around for quotes in March and these guys were thousands under Lowes, Home Depot and other local HVAC businesses. They installed a quality unit with a warranty that local and big name companies couldnt compete with. I still have all the quotes from the other locations, I just wish I could upload them to this post. Dont hesitate, call them if you have issues.

Jimmy answered my call close to closing. I explained my dire situation of living with no air for 7 days because my old unit went out. Within 48 hours Julian showed up right on time explained the new system he was going to install and answered all my questions. He was extremely thorough and confident which I appreciate in a Professional. Julian thank you for being efficient and getting the job done in a timely manner.. Jimmy again thank you for taking me in at last minute. I am forever thankful because living with no air was brutal. I will be referring friends and family!

I needed my AC unit replaced ASAP am they started right away. It took them almost 2 days but they got it done and haven’t had any issues. It did take them long because of the location of the heater. I did have a problem with the communication, it was hard to get a response from people in charge, like time frames, work hrs, questions But regardless they did an amazing job and did it right, they were very professional and I do recommend them.

These guys are terrific, affordable, and look out for their customers. RMJ installed a 4 ton refrigerated air unit at my house this summer and helped set up the new Nest Thermostat on my phone. When I had issues with my system switching over to heat, a technical member of the team came over within 45 minutes of my call requesting help and they provided a complimentary fix. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the community.

They installed my AC on a Saturday, we had problems with our AC not cooling down the home. I kid you not they were here every evening trying to figure out the issue. Wednesday was the last day they came they reinstalled a whole new unit and fixed my issue. The staff were very very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting their AC upgraded. They really dont stop working until you are satisfied!

My AC unit gave out all of a sudden during the hot summer season. I panicked as it would be too hot for my family if i did not find someone to fix it quickly. I called RMJ heating and cooling and spoke with Jimmy. My call was answered the 1st time calling. Jimmy was explained the situation at hand and said he would be at my house in 30-45 minutes. 30-45 minutes later Jimmy arrived, inspected my AC unit and quickly determined what the issue was. Very honest person (Jimmy) explained to me what was going on and fixed my AC unit within 10-15 minutes. I had previously thought i was gonna have to pay for a hotel for the night as it was too hot 100+ degrees that day. Jimmy was a life saver and my AC was fixed and i was able to spend the nite in my home and it was nice and fresh. Thanks Jimmy for all your honest and professional assistance.

HVAC unit went out over the holiday weekend due to a power surge. Company was able to send out Jimmy on a Sunday to take a look at the system, and was able to fix it without issue. It is a very professional and very reliable company that has very professional and very friendly staff, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Roberto Salazar, an excellent person, who was the one who assisted me and we made a deal with an air unit and was attentive until it was installed and I was satisfied and satisfied with everything agreed upon; this was at the beginning of 2021 and the air and heating unit is working in optimal conditions.
