    I had previously left a 5-star review (5 years ago), so I called Rich Services again when I needed my AC checked. Again was given stellar service. The service tech, Adam P., was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I continue to be pleased with Rich Services, even 5 years later. That shows some incredible consistency on their part.=Original Review=Used Rich Services for the first time when my AC went out. Service technician was prompt and professional. Diagnosed the problem and then took the time to make sure I understood the problem and my various options to fixing it. Ultimately decided to replace my 20 year old system. The new system was installed the next day. Great service, great techs!

    Called Rich Services to complete a panel repair and drop an RV outlet. Jacob and Terry responded very professional and friendly. Jacob an RV owner himself advised to install a 50 amp outlet versus the 30 amp. Excellent call. They did a great job. Any future electrical service needs and Rich Services will be my go to. Thanks

    Augusto and Manny did a fantastic job getting us back up and running with another 105 degree day on top of us. They took care of warranty work with Lennox and had a blower motor installed in less than 24 hours! Great guys and kept me informed at all times. Jessica got them to come out within a couple of hours of my call, which made all the difference and ,also, rescheduling them to come back to install the part. If you’re not doing business with Rich Services you should be. I’ll have them back out for checkups in the spring and fall.

    Used Rich Services when building our new house and they did a great job. Helped us throughout the whole process and were always available to answer any questions we had along the way. I never felt like a little job to them. Always felt important and that valued. They were always easy to reach and Brendon was very responsive and quick to get back to us with anything we needed.Fast forward to several months being in our new house and we had a small issue with our unit. I reached out to Brendon and he got back to me very quickly on a Sunday afternoon. They came out the next morning to help us figure out the issue. Very appreciative of Rich Services and the work they’ve done for us and how they’ve taken care of us. I can’t recommend Brendon and the folks at Rich Services enough.

    Our AC unit went down at 2 in the morning and the next day after calling over 20 companies, Rich’s was able to get us in within 2 hours that same day! I explained to the sweet lady that we have a 6 month old baby and she was able to fit us in right away! The gentleman that came out was extremely professional and very kind.     We are in the process of selling our house. Rich Services assisted us with our electrical repair process. I sent them our home inspection and they worked with me to fix all issues. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and they did it under budget. Rich Services scheduled the work, permit, and inspection. They made changes to their schedule to ensure all work was done prior to closing. I do not personally know the owners or the people that worked on our home, but I want to thank them for assisting us in this stressful time.     Thank you so much for outstanding customer service...and heat! We were referred to Rich Services through our home warranty company when our aging heater died. Josh and Jacob responded to the initial evaluation calls, and then returned to install our new unit. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, and kept us informed every step of the process. We will refer Rich Services to our friends, and will be calling them for our AC/heating needs from now on!

    Rich Services was assigned to my home warranty claim for replacing a non-functioning ceiling fan and repairing 2 broken outlets. Jacob was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing, and went out of his way to replace my ceiling fan with my specified color and quality. Would recommend.

    We have called or had several people out to look at our air conditioner which has been leaking off and on for a couple years. They have either not shown up for a repair with no phone call letting us know or have said nothing was wrong, yet we have still had leaks. I called Rich Services who sent someone out the same day and when Deborah from the office knew Josh would be late called to let me know, that was a nice surprise. Once Josh was here he noticed right away a problem with our drain piping and fixed it. He also let me know to keep an eye on it to make sure it is fixed completely and guaranteed his work for 90 days. I was extremely happy that someone actually did what said and guaranteed the repair done. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

    Rich Services will be my go to electrician from now on. Augusto was our service agent and he arrived on time. Our problem was that the back porch light had been pulled out if the wall.He checked it out, found that it was fried. He then went to Home Base and brought back another fixture just like the one that we had.Only problem we ran into was the light we bought for the backyard.When the fixture was pulled out of the ceiling Sparks flew and fried the wires, the fixture, and our super bright light.It was a good thing this man took the time to look up fixtures for us in our living room and then go and get one.He mounted it and now we have light in the backyard. Eventually we will purchase another super bright flood lamp but for now at least the back porch is lit up.Great service.

    I needed a very small job, called several places and nobody was willing to do it until I called Rich Services. From the moment they answered the phone they were friendly and very helpful. Bonnie immediately took my information and contacted one of the technicians and just in hours they solved my electrical need. Jacob did a great job, he was very courteous and knowledgeable.     Excellent Customer Service, Quality Work, Dependable Prompt Response Time and affordable prices. We have used Rich Services several times over the last few years on two properties. They have repaired various A/C, Heating and Electrical issues at both properties. Josh completed the majority of service calls and has always been very professional, dependable and took time to explain in detail what the problem was and the options available to fix each problem with an estimated cost upfront. Too many companies try to selll you a new unit that is not needed and can be very expensive. Josh was honest and only replaced the damaged part if that was an option. Its so great to know there are still companies out there who put the customer 1st. Thank you Rich Services and Josh for being an Amazing Compny! I highly recommend Rich Services!

    I have had the pleasure of working with Rich Services twice now for my A/C unit. First time was back in April when it wasnt blowing cold air and they came out same day, diagnosed the problem, got a new thermostat put in and serviced my unit. Second time was today and they were called out through my home warranty to do a follow-up service for another company whom did we did not agree with their 5 min diagnoses of our system. Josh from Rich Services showed up first thing this morning, checked my whole unit out from top to bottom, talked with me about the issue and called my home warranty on the spot to get the issue corrected. From the lady at the front office to the service men who come out to your place, Rich Services is absolutely great and I will be requesting them by name through my home warranty company if I ever need anything again!!! Thank you guys!!!

    I contacted Rich services about a new AC unit. They were quick to give me an estimate and then schedule the work. The techs showed up on time and did a great job with the install. They were very knowledgeble about the product and cleaned up around them as they worked. I would recommend Rich services for any AC or electrical work.

    Came out after hours on a Friday to replace a 50 amp breaker for our heat that we didnt have. The electrician, Tony was awesome! He was cordial, professional, and technically squared away. Was dreading the bill as it was after hours and was totally shocked at how reasonable the rate was. We now have an Electrician we will use for all our needs. I couldnt be happier.

    From the wonderful staff that work the phones to the guys that checked on and installed my AC unit, you made the most unbearable situation bearable. You listen to me complain, cry and vent about the lackadaisical attitude and service I received from my warranty company. The professionalism and personal touch of Carlos and the other young gentlemen (Im sorry, but I didnt get his name) was just what I needed!! How refreshing to have a company that actually cares about their clients!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend calling Richs if you have any AC needs. No offense, but I hope I dont have to call you guys again!!!

    We lost power Monday 2/15/21 at 4am. Between then and 1pm Wednesday, 2/17/21, we got a total of 4 hours of power. All of our neighbors got power off and on during this time. Finally, after several calls, Reliant informed us that it was a likely a problem at our house and not the rolling black outs. We called several Electricians, could not get any one to come out due to the weather. We called Rich Services, explained we had no power, temp inside our house was 56 degrees! Brendon Rich called us back , very sympathetic and understanding of our situation. He was able to diagnose the problem and walked my husband through fixing it over the phone! Thank you Brendon, you are a lifesaver! This company will be our go to for all electrical services going forward!

    Our AC went out and had Rich Services come out and replace the whole unit. Another company had done our first unit and we had a terrible experience with them so we requested someone different. From the initial visit, we were VERY pleased with the knowledge and service that they offered. The guys came out and had both units replaced and running within 8 hours.     As a commercial company with over 150 national locations, it is difficult to find a reputable company we can consistently rely on. Sara at the front desk was very polite and courteous. She was able to help me with any billing questions I may have. The technician and company didnt try to sell me services or items I didnt need.Their rates were very reasonable, I had a different company Rhode which charged me $70 to climb a ladder calling it difficult access. Rich services, working on the same unit said it was nothing more than an 8 foot ladder needed to access the same unit.It is previous experiences like this with other companies that will keep me working with Rich Services in the future.

    I was very satisfied with with the performances of Rich Services. I had an electrical problem in my kitchen. I called for appointment the receptionist was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and the fee was very reasonable. I will call them again.

    The response time was incredible! Our AC stopped working almost at closing time. Sara, the receptionist, assured me that a technician would be here first thing the following morning and he was. At 8:15 am he was here and at 8:25 the problem was fixed. I called the office back as soon as the technician left and thanked Sara for making the appointment as quick as possible and actually stuck to the agreement. Without a doubt I will use this company again!!

    Keith showed up on time and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. The job was completed quickly. He also took the time to educate me on what went wrong, how to check it in the future, and identified lose parts. He also explained how an additional part, that I didnt know I needed, would complete the system. I messed with it for a long time and Im glad he was able to make quick work of it.     Rich Services Techs, Austin & Josh, really helped my family out after King Heating and Cooling (King H&C) failed miserably, TWICE, while leaving us without our cooling/heating system for over a month and a half.Our electric bill went from $180 to $500 in a month and the fan would continually run without cooling.King H&C came to our house two times on 10/18/17 and 11/02/17. The second service call was a recall because our unit still wasn’t cooling. Both times the techs told my wife nothing was wrong with our system, while I was at work. Temps reached the 90’s in my house!The first time Rich Services came out, on 11/07/2017, they diagnosed the problem in just minutes and had the part ordered to make our system run correctly.Thank you Rich Services and Austin/Josh!!!J.     Called to ask about “Duct Cleaning,” which they do not provide. The employee on the line was professional and informative. She recommended to DIY via vent/interior immediate area cleaning, if at all, and frequent air filter changes. This company obviously values customer time/money and isn’t just looking for a quick buck. Will use in the future for any HVAC, Electric, or Heating needs!

    I would recommend Rich services they had very quick response and were able to get me on a schedule to check on my electrical work being my breaker kept flipping when we would turn the air on ,so have been with out air .I also like the fact that they do electric/ AC so we dont have to worry about a different company coming out being it was my unit that went out .they are very friendly concerned and give you detail by detail description on what was wrong and what will need to be replaced .I really like the company and the service I am recommending them to be our warranty electricians from here on out .
