    These guys are really great! We called them on a Saturday afternoon and they delivered two cooling units to our business on Sunday which allowed our office to remain open while our AC was being repaired. We would not have been able to have our staff in office without Rescue Cooling. The units were brand new, quiet and didnt require a lot of power to run. Friendly, Professional and very affordable!     Rescue Cooling has literally, and figuratively, been a breath of fresh air! Right away I felt my load lighten as Rescue Cooling was so kind, caring, and professional and said they could deliver to my home and have the AC units set up within the next two hours. What a relief! I’ve had to call back a few times over the past few days to extend my rental and each time they are consistently kind and understanding. In addition to the excellent customer service, the price is very good and the equipment works like a dream. I’m sleeping like a baby with this portable AC unit in my bedroom.Many thanks to Rescue Cooling!!

    I cannot emphasize enough how grateful i am for justin and this company!! they have been so flexible with me and my budget while my ac unit is being worked on! they were so kind and waited after closing for me to pick up my unit and loaded it into my car for me! they even upgraded the unit size for me at no extra charge! they communicate so well via phone call and text which is very convenient for all schedule types! again, they have been so kind and courteous and i can’t recommend them enough! 10/10!

    Absolute life savers! AC unit broke down on hottest day of the summer. A part had to be ordered to repair it. Part was on back order indefinitely. Rescue cooling delivered coolers within hours of being called. Very flexible on extending the rentals until my main unit got repaired. Highly recommend this team!

    Our Airbnb’s AC stopped working during a very hot day. Our host promptly ordered two rental AC units from Rescue Cooling. Even though it was late at night, they arrived quickly. Matthew, who installed the units, was extremely professional, polite, and efficient. He set up the AC units swiftly, saving us from the unbearable heat inside the apartment.

    Our AC went out last week and we were unable to get it fixed for at least a few days and Rescue Cooling saved OUR LIFE.The unit we got is the Mini XL and it was perfect for our master bedroom. It kept us nice and cool even in the 100 degree weather , it even got cold at night!!They were very easy to work with, fair pricing and they even offered delivery to our home!

    This company was a lifesaver! My AC went out and we all know what a nightmare that can be during TX summers. They came to my rescue and I had units delivered within hours of my call on a Saturday. The process was seamless. Communication, delivery and pickup were wonderful.     This company is great! Our A/C went out overnight (in June in Texas). I called at 1am and they had a unit ready for me to pick up at 7. It helped keep our living room bearable as we got the a/c up and running and was much easier and more affordable than a hotel! We have two big dogs and a 9 month old baby so they really saved the day! Nice people, good product.

    Great service! Our A/C went out on Saturday, and we had a couple of portable A/C units up and running within 2 hours, ensuring we could be reasonably comfortable, and we didnt have to worry about our dogs suffering heat stroke. We chose to pick up the units from them, but they did offer delivery and installation. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly and professional. Hopefully we dont need this kind of service again, but if we do, we know who to call!

    I am so happy with Rescue Cooling Rentals. I have COPD and I am 67 years old and cannot be without an air conditioner. I get deathly ill and cannot breathe in the heat. I called Rescue Cooling Rentals and they came right away. The technicians name is Jacob. He was such a polite young man. He completed the job really quick. He saved my life! I will definitely be using this company again

    Although our home air conditioner went out over Labor Day weekend during 100 degree heat there was one bright spot, Rescue Cooling! Called Rescue Cooling and they were able to get me 2 units out quickly. The setup team was awesome took less than 15 minutes. Really appreciate the professionalism from the office, delivery and pickup team. Will definitely recommend and use them again in the future. Thank you from our entire family!

    Our AC went out and after two nights of just having fans I went searching for any kind of portable AC unit I could rent. Found these guys, super nice on the phone and in person. Nick arrived within a couple of hours and immediately helped things start getting cooler. We moved the unit before bed to our bedroom and woke up cold the next morning. They delivered and picked up the machine. Would definitely use again!

    Wow!!! I contacted rescue cooling on behalf of a hospice patient of mine who was without a/c in this Texas heat. After explaining her situation, Nick and his team decided to deliver my patient the a/c unit she needs completely free of cost. Such kindness and generosity from a business is so rare!

    Wow, what a great experience! Our AC unit went out and couldnt be fixed for 4 days. We were able to call Rescue Cooling to get two units out to our house within a couple hours of our initial call. The people who installed them and picked them up were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and super nice! I would recommend this company over and over again.

    Our air conditioner decided to break at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and luckily we called Rescue Cooling and they were able to deliver two units to our house within an hour even after their closing time. They installed the units and showed us how to use them and the units were able to cool our house for a week until our air conditioner could be fixed. Then I decided to return the units myself and the process was very easy. The guys at rescue cooling were extremely courteous and easy to work with so we highly recommend them if you need a temporary air conditioner for your home. They have several size units to choose from depending on the size of the rooms you are wanting to cool and they are very easy to operate and we felt the price was fair to stay comfortable in our hot house. I highly recommend Rescue Cooling!

    I was throwing a get together in a room that doesnt have the best insulation. I called Rescue Cooling the day before the event and they had it ready. They even gave me a little tutorial on how to use the machine. $600 or ~$65 your choice! But I cant recommend them enough!

A couple hours after our call to Rescue Cooling, they had a portable A/C unit running in our house - truly sweet relief.     Our AC went out in the middle of the summer and we needed to rent a few window units while it was being repaired. The guys at Rescue Cooling were very upfront and flexible with their service and we were able to pick up the units ourselves that afternoon. The units worked well, and we were able to return them earlier than expected for a prorated rate. Hopefully we wont need their services again any time soon but I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

    Rescue Cooling was so easy to work with to get a portable unit when our AC was out. We had to extend our rental a few times while we were waiting on a part for our AC and they were extremely accommodating. I hope I never have to use them again, but I highly recommend them and their rates are very reasonable.

    This post from pam hernandez with experience from Rescue Cooling. I shopped around yesterday for two portable units for residential. Came across your company and called. Mohammed helped me over the phone, he was very pleasant and helpful. The price was right and we picked them up yesterday. Thankfully the AC repair man was able to fix the AC this morning and I brought the units back to Grand Prairie. I met Nick who was very nice and my husband and I cannot say enough nice things about Rescue Cooling.     I had the pleasure of using this service. Our air conditioner went out and we found these folks that afternoon within few hours the portable units we ordered were delivered. Cody came in set them up made suggestions to cool us down per Square footage which made us more comfortable than we would have been great job!Recommend this business highly don’t suffer this Texas heat alone.

    My ac went out in the middle of a 100 degree plus Dallas heat wave. I live in a duplex and the repairman needs attic access located in my neighbors unit. In normal circumstances this would not be a problem. Unfortunately both my neighbors were ill with covid and repairs had to be delayed until they recovered and completed their quarantine.Rescue Cooling saved the day. Their equipment is easy to install, highly effective, and reasonably priced. Their people are first rate.
