Shout out to our technician, Julian Macias. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Refrigeration Express helped us with replacement of our furnace and Julian worked tirelessly to get that resolved for us. We then had an issue with our A/C and luckily Refrigeration Express sent Julian back. He was able to get the issue resolved quickly and now we are enjoying our HVAC system with no issues. Thank you Julian!

David Najera from Refrigeration Express provided excellent service when servicing my heater today. Not only did he fix the issue but thoroughly explained what the issue was and how he resolved the issue. I asked him about their maintenance plans and was able to provide me with thorough information. I plan to remain a custom with Refrigeration Express.

We have used Refrigeration Express for both scheduled system preventive maintenance (we have the Gold / three times a year plan given the wind and sand challenges of the dessert) as well as using their repair support when needed. The team supporting our home over the past year and a half have been excellent. Claudia and the team in the office are always patient and responsive and work with us as their workload permits, to meet our scheduling needs. We most recently had our fall service completed by Alberto Garcia, one of the company’s preventive maintenance techs, (Alberto also installed a smart thermostat for us, which has worked wonders for home HVAC management). He arrived promptly in the time frame scheduled and effectively and efficiently (and cheerfully) conducted the HVAC PM. We plan to renew our annual service contract after our March visit and recommend their services. Thanks to the entire staff of techs and office support members. Tom Fitzpatrick

Hired this company to run new duct work and install a roof top unit. I was wonderfully surprised as to their timeliness, professionalism and knowledge. It only took them less than 8 hours and they installed the unit, new ductwork and left my house cooling. I am so happy that I chose this company.
