American Home Shield has them as contractors. They set up an appointment to come to my house two days after I paid and opened the service request. They did not come for the appointment. Very disappointed.*EDITED TO ADD*The day I was assigned this contractor they called me. It was Wednesday. Unfortunately, I missed their call. When I returned the call they said they were able to come to my house at the time they called but not anymore (about 1 hr later) so they told me they could come Friday morning. An appointment was set up for Friday at 10:30 a.m. Friday at noon I tried calling the company because nobody had showed up. No answer. I called American home Shield and was told the appointment didnt show on their system so were very sorry, you just have to wait, maybe they will show up later today, we left them a message. Around 4 p.m. I tried calling Total Air Conditioning again (to the same number they wrote on this response). No answer. I called AHS again to see if by any chance they could make sure we had someone come check our AC system. They gave me the same response. So I wrote the negative review on top of this one. A few minutes later I receive a response to the review and immediately I tried calling the number again. Immediate answer. They said they had an emergency and thats why they werent able to come. I could understand that, what I dont understand is why there was no communication since the moment they new they were not going to be able to make it to our appointment. They asked if they could reschedule for Sunday (really!?!? We just spent three days on 90+ degree weather waiting and you would like to add two more days). My husband asked to please have someone come today. They did send someone tonight and the problem was resolved. When I was contacted to let me know they had found a technician to come tonight, we had an uncomfortable conversation in which I was called a liar.In summary:Costumer service: poorProblem resolution: good (after having to expose negative review, sadly)

Rick and his father were among the most knowledgeable HVAC Technicians I have ever met. Their timeliness, speed, and quality of work at an affordable price makes them a rare gem here in the RGV. 10/10. Will never go with another company again and thanks to them and God my children are not suffering in the heat right now.

I met the owner and his father when they arrived to my residence to troubleshoot my A/C. The issue was fixed at a very reasonable price. This company now services my parents A/C along with my siblings A/C. I highly recommend Total Air, give them a chance to service your A/C needs.
