    Derek and his crew did a great job with our upstairs AC install. We got a variable speed one from Lennox.We were a tiny bit concerned about Lennox but Derek gave us an extended warranty including parts and labor.He started the work on time and finished ahead of schedule. He also reworked our vent system so our media room could stay cool.Derek really takes care of you and is up front about pricing - giving you lots of options for your budget.I don’t think you will go wrong with Derek and his people.

    It was time to replace the original AC/heat pump in our home. Red Carpet came through with a new American Standard system. They were on time, with one technician handling the inside and Derek handling the outside. Both worked as a team and completed the job as the 80 degree temps hit on Saturday. Approved financing caused many issues but Derek and his wife worked through the problems and got us installed on time. Thanks - Red Carpet

    I was very impressed with this small company! Derek was awesome. Brock his assistant went above and beyond in the attic during the heat of the day. The price was affordable, the quality was ABOVE expectation, and the experiance was just as good. I would HIGHLY recommend Red Carpet Heating and Air! I even hope to use them at my place of buisiness for our roof top units. They are 100%, no bs, and we would know as my wife was an HVAC tech for 20 years.

    I was in desperate need of getting my air conditioning fixed so in the middle of the night, the motor blew up, fogged up my whole house, and I was so grateful that the owner was able to come the very next day to fix it, and very professional and explaining to me what happened and how everything works. Now my air-conditioning works really good and it blows even more cooler error I am very very happy with the work that has been done and I will definitely highly recommend my friends and family to this company

    Derek and his team did a great job installing a new AC unit. They were efficient and careful with my home. They cleaned up all debris leaving my home exactly as it was. I love my new unit.Derek is a very kind and wonderful person. I had already confirmed to replace my 16 yr old unit when I returned from vacation. However my old unit decided to quit while out of town. Derek did an emergency temporary fix at no charge to get the unit cooling again, so my pets would not suffer while I was gone and I would not have to come home to a hot house. Derek is the best!

    Derek came out on a Sunday for us as the AC had gone out sometime the night before. He arrived very quickly and was able to resolve the problem even quicker. Great customer service and even followed up to make sure we were cooling down still. Great experience!!! 10 out of 10 service!

    I could not be more pleased with my experiences with Red Carpet Heat and Air. Extremely professional, detail oriented, and most important extremely fairly priced.I have used them 3 times before servicing my 27 year old system which Derek was able to get working in tip top shape.I finally decided it was time for a complete replacement and again couldn’t be more pleased with the results.     Derek came to service our two a/c units and furnaces. He texted to confirm appointment about an hour before arrival, and he arrived about 10 minutes early. He wore shoe covers in our house and was very mindful of taking care of things.He was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning. He actually found something that the home inspector missed!We were very pleased with the quality of Derek’s work, his communication throughout the process and the cost of the service he performed.We will definitely be using him for a/c and heating needs in the future!     The most honest, reliable A/C experts out there! After a few years of constant A/C problems, countless companies overcharging us and misdiagnosing the problems (probably on purpose), we finally found Red Carpet Heat and Air Services.     Derek is mentioned by name for being the very best you can ask for in professionalism, attentiveness, and honesty, and he meets every single expectation and more. My HVAC system had started humming so loud that I couldnt bear to have it on, and called Red Carpet, and luckily got an appointment the same day. As someone who works as a technician in another field, I knew Derek was an expert simply because my HVAC system started working perfectly when he was there. But Derek was able to view a video that demonstrated the sound and took a look around and repaced the capacitor, made sure the blower motor was within specs and also advised us that the thermostat wasnt calibrated and how to economically fix that. He waited a good while to make sure everything was fixed. Then the blower motor knew he left, because it started up again. I texted Derek and he was apologetic even though he did everything right, and he discounted the blower motor replacement by the cost of the capacitor. The next morning, absolutely everything was set to rights and Derek even checked in a few hours later to make absolutely sure! Couldnt ask for a better HVAC technician!

    I had a great experience dealing with Red Carpet Heating and Air services. We were having some trouble with our AC system cooling our house. I called them on a Saturday and within a few hours they were there to fix my issue. We had a refrigerant leak and he was able to diagnose and fix quickly and provided us with additional refrigerant that was lost. Derek, the owner of the company, was great to work with and very upfront with any thing he did during the service call. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing HVAC service.

    We feel so fortunate to have found RCHAS! We originally hired the company to install two Nest thermostats. While Derek was out here, we had him look at our upstairs AC unit which was having issues. First and foremost: we feel like they are honest and transparent when it comes to their labor and pricing. So professional and respectful of our home. Derek quickly diagnosed the issue and provided multiple solutions so we could work within our budget.     Wow, I HIGHLY recommend Red Carpet Heat and Air Services to everyone. I cant say enough good about them.For 1) I called them on a Sunday afternoon when the A/C Unit at a rental property, I have, went out. They squeezed me into their schedule the same day (on a Sunday).For 2) I had a previous company look at my a/c unit and tell me my control board, power supply, and blower motor all died and gave me alot of technical double talk, they recommended I replace the whole unit (inside and out) for $10,200.So I had Derek at Red Carpet A/C look at my unit, I wanted a second opinion and another quote if I did have to replace the system. Derek looked at the system, said the transformer was faulty. He replaced it, said everything else checked out fine, and he got the unit up and running for just a couple hundred dollars.Derek, Red Carpet Heat and Air Services saved me $10,000 and saved my tenants a day or two of suffering with the Dallas heat in July, without A/C.It is so nice to find an honest company these days, not to mention a technician that knows what he is doing.THANKS SO MUCH DEREK!

    So I didnt know that when you email one person off yelp it emails all AC repair people. But I had another company come out and look at my system and they quoted me a large amount to fix my AC. Finally I got ahold of The right people. One main point for me is they are Veteran Own and operated. As a Veteran I need to help my bothers and sisters out. But Derek came out and looked at my system and was super nice and quoted me an affordable price. Derek made sure I had working AC before July 4th and I am so happy with the quality of work and care that he put into my AC Derek even called a couple days later to make sure my AC was still working good and to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend anyone to use their services over the over price competitors.

    Mr Derek came ontime and performed quick check on one of one of the AC units as the temp was at 88 even though it was set to 75 on the thermostat, the units fan had stopped working. Within 15mins he isolated the problem with his tech gadget, replaced the necessary part (capacitor) and in the next 15mins he did a thorough check on the unit itself for any leaks or loose contacts on the electrical parts, checked air filter, attic for any water deposits and gave a thumbs up that rest of unit is in good working condition. During that time the AC unit started cooling after the repair and showed 85 and within next hr or so it was at 75 degrees as needed. He was very professional and also educated me how those AC units work to keep the home cool as i was curiously asking questions to learn. Lastly he recommend to consider regular maintenance so the life of the units will extend for longer years to come.. He charged me very reasonable for the job and the part replaced and never over sold any unwanted service. Thank you Derek and Red Carpet Heat and Air services,, you saved my day and I will highly recommend your service to my friends and neighbors 👍. All the best 🙏
