    This family owned company seems to always come through. Despite our long distance, Amy was able to schedule a same day appointment to repair our heater, I was kindly greeted by Justin only a few hours later. He quickly found the issue and repaired the unit explaining everything to me in an easy to understand manner. You won’t be disappointed with Ranger! Honest, nice and customer service oriented. What more can you ask for these days!

    Ranger A/C was a life-saver! I have a specialty Cold Salt Hydrotherapy business for horses and was dead in the water after setting up at a venue in Katy, TX. My salt water wasn’t getting cold. After calling the manufacturer of the chilling unit, they recommended I call Ranger A/C as they have worked on this kind of specialized cooling unit. Kyle was able to come out for a same day appointment to diagnose. Lucky for me, the manufacturer of the cooling unit is located in Houston. I was able to pick up the replacement condenser coil and Ranger A/C was able to rearrange their schedule the very next day in order to install the part and get me back in business. Kyle was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and understood the importance of urgency in getting my business back up and running. I so appreciate these guys. Well done!     My heater went out during the freeze and I needed someone to come out quick. Ranger A/C said they could have someone out the same day. Justin came and got it working. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again!

    Great experience, the technician(Elvis jr.) was attentive, polite and on time, assessed the issue and got to work. I over herd a phone call where he called his office to double check about the system and it’s parameters do to it being a new inverter system “because they run differently” Greatly appreciate the technician doing this. After Completing the job. The tech then checked the entire system to make sure all is well.     My 27 year old A/C went out and they came promptly on a Sunday to diagnose. They had my new unit installed on Tuesday. This included getting it craned to the 3 story rooftop.     This is Kyle and we have known Ranger AC a long time from the chamber and some business. We now highly recommend them after they replaced a unit at one of my First Insurance owned offices. Sean got his team over quick since unit was out and Austin lead a great solid crew and had it up and running in a day. They had to replace unit, add jumper ducts to balance rooms and Christian even helped me program the thermostat. They also had to cut out the cabinet to get larger unit inside and repaired it back to perfection. They went over and above and highly recommend them. All the team were very professional and loved the experience. Go Ranger.

    My upstairs unit was running, but not cooling… uh ho.I called Ranger AC at 8:30 AM. They had Robert & Randy at my door by 11:20.They examined everything, in the attic, the breakers & the outside unit.Thankfully my outside unit needed just a minor repair.Robert was very thorough and explained everything including the cost before beginning the repair.I am very thankful my call was to Ranger.     My AC was acting up wasn’t cooling. I gave Ranger a call I saw people from local facebook page referring them.. It was after business hours the answering service they had me a call back in 5 minutes with a technician And the technician Kyle literally was at my house maybe 15 minutes later. and he did a thorough diagnostic and I’m very pleased with his services. He answered all my questions and went over some recommendations and they also have maintenance service plans.

    We called Ranger about our commercial Ice machine that had stopped making ice. They sent someone out the very next day to service it & then it was discovered that the water pump had gone out, they were quick to get the part ordered & are expected to arrive today to get us back in ice making mode!This is a great company to do business with, they hooked us up with our walkin-in cooler refrigeration & its been working great for just over a year now!Very nice folks to do business with - I highly recommend them if you need A/C or Refrigeration!

    Made an appointment over the phone. Receptionist and scheduling staff were very polite and helpful. Got an appointment for same day between 2 and 4. Technician was very professional and thorough. He patiently listened to me as I explained my about my thermostat not working as it was throwing an error code and I also couldnt access it on my phone. This was important because I am used to being talked down to by repairmen and he was so curteous and respectful. After he made the repair he stayed to restart the system a few times to make sure it didnt throw any more codes and see that my phone was once again syncing with the system. I highly recommend.

    Our a/c just all the sudden would not blow cold air on a hot Saturday morning. We’ve been having a lot of storms and a tornado here in cypress so was worried something happened as many people are having issues. I had met the owners of Ranger a/c years back at church and stayed in touch with Karen through Facebook over the years. She had recently posted something showing their new location and I shared it with everyone in my community although they were a little far away. The very next day (today) my a/c literally stopped working. It was a God thing because I contacted her and called their service number. They sent Kyle out within a few hours. He was so sweet and so considerate and literally checked out everything from attic to both outdoor units. It was just a breaker which I still can’t believe we didn’t check but our other unit worked just fine! He was so honest about the situation and only charged the rate to come out and look. I see sooooo many people getting ripped off by other companies letting Freon out and claiming it’s a leak and need to replace for over $15,000! He played with our dogs, looked over everything and tested everything just in case which he so didn’t need to do but we now feel confident it was a lightning strike or something that tripped the breaker and not our unit which now works perfect. If you want an honest, quick acting, and reputable company I would not use anyone else! For a Saturday and for them to come within 3 hours is unheard of!!! Especially being across town!

We utilize Ranger’s yearly maintenance program to keep our systems in shape. Ranger AC and Refrigeration is always on time, polite and very professional.Thank you for getting the outside condenser unit repaired in less than 24 hrs from the time I called!! (August 2023) The tech had the correct fan motor in their fully stocked service van so they did not have to go to the parts store. I was so impressed, I signed up for there yearly service maintenance program. Ranger is the best a/c and heating company that I have used around the Lake Conroe area.

They quoted us over $1800 in labor alone and stated the part would take a week - which was under warranty even after I asked to use universal parts.     I called Ranger to our home when one of our two outdoor units had stopped working and our downstairs level was no longer getting AC. Ranger responded right away, and had a technician out to do a thorough diagnostic. The tech was at the house for over an hour, and was able to give my wife and I a complete picture of everything he found in addition to what options we had.Ultimately, the unit needed replacing and the replacement quotes from Ranger beat another highly rated local company by over 3,000 dollars. Ranger also waived the service charge for the initial visit due to the diagnosis and because they couldnt fix anything that first visit.We had our new unit installed within the following week, and once again Ranger was very prompt and professional. No one wants to deal with having to replace an AC unit, but Ranger made it a very smooth process. We were very impressed by their honesty and hard work.Ranger will be our #1 HVAC call from now on. Ive heard it said that if you want something done, call a Ranger. We did, and we will be.

    We have an older home with 2 ac units. Instead of the units being zoned for upstairs/downstairs, they were zoned for left/right. We also needed to replace most of the original ductwork.Ranger told us approximately what time they’d be arriving and we’re always on time. They were extremely friendly and professional. Due to the complex nature of the install, there were a few trial and error adjustments to be made. Every time I called, they came out within a business day to check it out. They discovered that one of the units wasn’t working correctly and quickly got a replacement installed.     We just moved into our new home. It’s HOT inside! Asked Sean to come check our AC unit and thermostat. He did and found everything in order. The house has been closed up without the AC on, baking in the sun, and absorbing heat. He says the AC is functioning properly and the house will cool probably within a week. He suggested attic insulation which will be a priority project. I appreciate the inspection. Thanks, Sean!

    Ranger is great- I use them for my primary residence and my condo.Austin was great today- he installed a wi fi thermostat- it was time consuming, but he was patient and got it done. I highly recommend them.
