The people with Ramsey Heating & Air have been great to work with. Anytime we call for service they are quick to respond. We have them on a regular service to check/maintain the equipment at our residence and will be adding them to do the same for our rentalproperty. Good, honest and reliable.

This company never fails to impress. They have been doing all of my families HVAC work for 40 plus years and have the most outstanding customer service. They treat you like they would like to be treated & never try to up charge or sell unnecessary services.They had my air conditioner up and running within 3 hours from my initial call to blowing cold air. Its too bad we can only rate five stars because I would give them a ten.because they are worth TEN to me.

I called Ramsey Heating and Air late afternoon and advised I was having trouble installing new AC/heat thermostat. A technition was sent out right away. He diagnosed and solved the problem in record time. My Office is now nice and cool! This is a family owned business that I have been using for 17 years.

Technician, Jimmy Burroughs was very professional. I told him the problems I was encountering he already had his tool bag with him. Checked the circuits and went right to work. This young man was very productive and efficient. I was amazed at his performance. Took a look at the unit and started working. I guess with his experience he already knew what he was looking for. It was so fortunate to have such a good mechanic. Thank you so much.

Trey was very polite and neat. He addressed my questions and made an appointment to Check the Freon on a warmer date. . I’ve used Ramsey since 1993 when the replaced the AC and then in 2020 replaced the entire system .

There is now a new generation operating the heating and air conditioning business. They train their professionals to be courteous and dependable. We have used TL Ramsey for many years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. We live in an older home that has a complicated HVAC system, and it is so nice that TL Ramsey does its best to send out the same technicians who understand the system in our home whenever we have an issue. They are a fantastic company and I wouldnt use anyone else!
