We are so grateful to Questaair! They are trustworthy, reliable professionals who look out for you and your home’s heating and cooling needs. They have come to our rescue numerous times over the past 10+ years that Questaair has taken care of our unit so with the tornado there was no question who we needed to reach out to. They got us our new unit quickly, worked well with our insurance and checked on us several times after install to make sure everything was running smoothly. I cannot recommend Questaair enough!!!

Art has been servicing our AC for about 10 years now. When he knew we couldnt afford a replacement, he did his best to keep our system running. On a routine check of our system after we received some tornado damage. Just by sound alone he could tell the blades were damaged. Within in a month after that inspection he worked with our insurance to get our system replaced. You cant ask for better service.

Art and David at Questaair were knowledgeable and professional. They got me a good price on my new AC and heating unit and installed it quickly. They are excellent at diagnosing the issue and I know I can always trust that they will fix or replace only whats needed and nothing more. I have used them for years and will continue to do so and highly recommend them.

Art has been taking care of my HVAC needs for many years. He installed the very first central unit in my previous home, then maintained it until for several years until I moved to a different home a couple of years ago. The new location needed new units (indoor and outdoor), and Art installed those, too. Questaair has, and will continue to be, the only company I will ever call for HVAC work, as well as the only one I will recommend. Arts skill doesnt extend just to installation and maintenance, but to troubleshooting the problems caused by previous HVAC technicians and home remodelers. He solved several puzzling airflow problems in my new home, and I am extremely grateful!

Art and David at QuestAir have always done professional work in a timely manner. Working to find solutions that fit my budget at the time. I’ve called with problems in the middle of the night and Art has walked me through troubleshooting and he’s squeezed me in when I’ve made last minute calls. I can’t say enough good things about the work they do and how they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the work they do.

Questaair air condition company went above and beyond.They have been taken care of my A/C for Preventive maintenance for the last couple of years. With the age, plus the tornado, my poor A/C was done for. As I was prepared to pay the high price. They gave me options on what I can afford and what my home needed.So grateful for everything this company stands for.I would and I do recommend them highly.Art is a great guy

Our AC was tripping the breaker, and Questaair came out within the hour. He went over standard care and preventive maintenance, what procedures he was doing to check the system, a run down of what he was looking for, as well as future options for replacement parts and units. He was very professional. He even gave me quotes for all my future options the very same day. No doubt Questaair will be who we call for next season or future repair.
