    Couldn’t be happier with QuanAir! Our AC went out completely, and they were quick to come out and assess the problem. They gave us several fairly priced options for repairing and replacing the unit. Considering the issues and age of the unit, we decided to replace. Again, they were able to work with our schedule. Ryan and his team came out in a timely manner to replace. Very thorough, very clean, and very professional throughout the process. Our home is nice and cool again!

    I’ve been a customer of QuanAir for all of my home HVAC maintenance and repairs for years. The quality of diagnosis and workmanship regardless of which technician services the units has always been excellent. They take the time to do the work correctly and are detail oriented (just as I would be and I’m very particular). On occasion I have used other “big name” companies but they have not provided the same level of service or value. They’re more concerned about getting to the next job rather than doing good work. I highly recommend QuanAir. You won’t be disappointed.

    We had our unit installed in June 2021. We have not had any issues until yesterday when the system wasn’t cooling.     Had QuanAir out in 2022 for a capacitor, service tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Today service tech was punctual, nice and knowledgeable. The tech was in the attic to assess the unit making a thumping noise for 30-45 min. Took pics and explained what he did. He said the motor is going out and will find one for me and will get back to me soon. Another good experience with QuanAir, even though I need a new motor. And kudos to Jessica in the office as well! Shes so nice to keep me posted on the techs arrival time.🙂

    These guys were amazing… He knows the equipment and other surrounding issues like the drain to A/C equipment was hooked to the laundry sink drain that was clogged causing the problem - instead of just trying to blow it out. On another A/C equipment he knew he needed to blow it out from a section where it t- boned, instead of the top of the pipe like my guy had been doing for years. Crud had built up.     Would give an additional 5 stars if available! Ryan came out to inspect a broken fan motor on our outside A/C unit that was 20 years old. While other companies told me it was a waste to fix, Ryan fully inspected the unit and found the fan motor to be the only part at fault. He quickly located an original part and the unit was repaired within 3 hours of initial diagnosis saving thousands of dollars. He also replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils to further the life of the unit. This is an honest company who looks after the well-being of their customers and I would highly recommend their services.

    Oh my goodness! Do not call any other AC company except Quan. We had two disconnected air ducts and Ryan was out here the next day to do an over the top repair and support the ducts as well.     Ryan and Andy are the best. Andy did my servicing in 2017 and Ryan was out at my house a year ago to repair a 20-year-old system and had me up and running in less than 2 hrs. He came out a few days ago (the system needs replacing now) and remembered me and everything about the prior years visit. I would not trust anyone else with my A/C!Update: During the 3-day window between scheduling A/C replacement and installation (delay was on my end as I needed to arrange time off work), I had time to go to other sites and read several reviews of the unit Ryan had recommended. All reviews of the Trane unit were positive except for one comment stating that the unit made more noise than expected when cycling on and off. I mentioned this to Ryan as I am an incredibly light sleeper. Ryan took the time to program the unit to go off and on a couple of times so I could hear what it sounds like while I went to several different rooms to listen. I could barely hear it. After several nights sleeping in the room right next to the unit, I can report that I dont hear it at all. Not. One. Tiny. Bit. (Whoever posted more noise than expected was badly mistaken). As for comfort, you really cant beat this system. It cools and dehumidifies, keeping me quite comfortable even though I keep the setting at 78* wheras the old unit was set to 74*. Ryan ran his crew like clockwork and they did a fantastic job all around!Update: 13 months layer- heat advisories several days in a row. House is still comfortable. Just to be sure everything was A-OK, I thought Id get a check up. Andy came out the next day and everything is perfect! My new system cools better and runs fewer hours, saving money. The superior dehumidifier is worth every penny!

    So thankful for Justin with QuanAir! We rent our home and we reached out to our landlord yesterday after we noticed our AC was not working! With temperatures in 100s everyday I was really concerned that we would be stuck in our hot house with my kiddos.My landlord reached out to QuanAir at 3PM and Justin showed up literally ONE HOUR LATER at 4PM on the dot.     This business is honest, I used to use another company, they told me my coils needed cleaning and showed me a video of my coils. I called Quanair, they took pics of my coils.
