    This firm is wonderful. 100% professional, timely and detailed communications, totally respectful of your property and their AC work is fantastic.     It was after hours and you came nearly immediately and had my furnace running in minutes. The system was installed during a/c season and the need for the furnace did not arise for a couple of months. It turned cold suddenly and the furnace did not start up. I made a call to you and in minutes my call was returned. You came right away and had me warm. I’ve had no issues since. Thank you!You performed the first scheduled heat system check this morning. Having retired from an HVAC manufacturing company, I am aware of what should be done to perform this procedure. You did everything and more to make sure my system is operating correctly and safely.     We had Wes come out and inspect our 4 units, and he was above and beyond thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me everything he looked at, and was very patient with my many questions. He was also able to make it out way sooner than the other companies I called.     Once again Quality Air Conditioning came through! My next door neighbor called another service company to come yesterday to check out her 1989 Trane A/C unit in loud distress. You could tell it had something to do with the fan blades because of the loud noise it made. The technician never opened the top to look at the fan; just glanced in the side and told her she needed a new fan and motor at least a thousand dollars that could be here in 8 weeks!! Quality was coming to my house today for my semi-annual checkup. I called and asked if they could look at my neighbor’s unit. In less than 5 minutes they actually took time to take off the top of the unit and look inside. A plastic rim that was not needed was hitting against the fan. They also checked the switches and Freon. $124. Enough said. Call QUALITY for excellent service.

    The pros at Quality AC are the best. From the moment Cati answers the phone until Greg, Wes, and the team finish the project, their customer service, friendliness, knowledge, and experience are all outstanding. After keeping us comfortable for several years with service and repairs to our outdated unit, they replaced the entire system quickly and at the right price. Months later when we called with a concern Wes came out the very next morning. The problem turned out to be completely unrelated to the work they had done for us, but he cheerfully solved it for us anyway. Customer care done the right way!

    Heating was not working on the coldest day of the year and Wes was able to come out with in less than an hour and fix a small part. So grateful for them fixing and not having to replace the whole unit.

    Luckily, I only had 1 of 2 units out so I wasnt suffering unduly. Quality Air came out the day after I called them, and they had the unit repaired in about 20 minutes. My technician, Joseph, was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with Quality Air, but they will be my go-to from now on!

    Our heat pump quit working in mid October. Fortunately the temperature was dropping into the low 50s at night and only reaching the mid 80s in the afternoon, so the house wasnt unbearable. I called Quality and requested that they come out to check the system and Wes told me they could get someone to come by that afternoon. A few minutes later he called me back and said I just remembered that you and Lisa office out of your house, so Im going to send someone out this morning instead. Thats the kind of attention and service thats routing with Quality Air Conditioning. Weve used them in the past, lots of people I know have as well, and like me, they wouldnt think of calling anyone else when they have HVAC issues.

    Weve been using Quality Air for years after Id called them for a second opinion on a diagnosis and bid we had received from another company for an air-conditioning problem. It turned out that the diagnosis wed originally gotten was wrong and Quality Air fixed the problem and we saved over $200.Weve been using them ever since.They are trustworthy, efficient, never behind on appointments, explain fully any problems we have and have money saving contracts for inspections to fix any minor problems before they might turn into major problems.

    I switched to Quality after years of my company using another AC company in Tyler. I wont state names but I did HVAC for a few years myself and I noticed the prices were just unreal and things would be half done the right way. I then asked my boss let me handle the AC company business and he agreed. We needed a new mini split system Quality was a FEW hundred dollars cheaper and the service was very fast and prompt. Another occasion, we came in after the weekend and both AC units in our office was out. It has been 97 and 99 degrees. They were very busy but yet bery underdtanding and squeezed us in that day. I will never call another company for my AC repairs or installs. Just awesome people
