Santos works for PROTTEK A/C is quite nice man, he helped to change indoor air blower and replace a new one very carefully. He worked very late that day in order to make the A/C cooler earlier for my family. I appreciate his good job. -

Santos M. is a rockstar. He came on a holiday weekend when my air conditioner failed, worked all day in a hot attic on the hottest day of the year so far. And got my unit fixed. Temps inside were in the mid 90βs so the attic was easily 120Β°. Would definitely recommend Prottek call and ask for Santos. -

The technician called when he was on his way. Showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to make the repair on the same trip. He happily answered all my questions and gave me tips to look for if it happens again. Itβs supposed to be 103 today. He really saved us! I will recommend to all my friends and family. -

Santos martinez came in a bad storm to find the problem with our unit. He found the issue fast. The previous guy that came didnt seem to really want to do anything. He sat around and didnt figure out the issue and it wasnt raining at the time. Santos came in the rain and worked in it. We appreciate his hard work. -
