Blake is AWESOME! He is patient enough to help walk me through instructions to help diagnose the problem. We had a leak in the line. He was here late Friday night and then Sunday afternoon. Totally dedicated to helping you out. We expected to have the ac fixed by Tuesday. The leak was outside and was an easy fix, but time consuming. We had ac by Sunday evening. He went above and beyond. We are signing a contract with him as well so he can help us keep our system running clean. You wont be sorry you called him. And he appreciates Veterans.

Our tech was extremely knowledgeable. He has loads of commercial HVAC experience and so these small residential jobs are easy for him. And he only charged us the diagnostic fee since it was so quick. He identified an issue within minutes that multiple techs from Milestone couldn’t figure out in hours. I think with the big places like Milestone you are paying for all their glitzy marketing and fancy buildings. With a small outfit like Pro Tech you are paying for actual experience and skill. And Milestone would have charged me triple what Pro Tech did for the same result.I will be using Pro Tech in the future most definitely. They fixed the problem quickly and didn’t try to upsell me at all. It’s a small business where you can tell the owners care deeply about their business reputation.

Blake accepted my call at 9:30 PM and by 8:30 the following morning had my unit in full working order. He even checked my entire system to ensure it was in proper working order for no additional cost. His price was on par with others but his attention to detail and expedience far exceeded others I’ve dealt with in the past. Give him a call and you won’t be sorry!

Blake was awesome to work with every step of the way. He walked my wife through swapping a capacitor over the phone while he was busy working on another job. When that didnt fix our issue, (and I got home) he walked me through some additional troubleshooting steps. He came over at 11pm that night to see if could do the last troubleshooting steps and we realized the AC system had a major leak to lose all our refrigerant.He returned on his next available day and quickly found the leak. He got our AC unit up and running as quickly as he could. And even fixed our second unit that would eventually have the exact same issue (240v line came undone from the old plastic holder and rubbed the insulation off until it arced on a copper line that caused a hole).I would highly recommend him for your AC needs.

Besides being courteous and patient, Blake was extremely knowledgeable in his field. I had taken a quote for HVAC work from another agency before landing on Blake. Not only did my work get done in few thousands less but Blake also made sure that there is workaround for the system to be running till he could source the needed components. He advised when the part was in and we scheduled a time to install, which he was on time and communicated well.
