The guys at Pro Air are awesome - professional and honest. At a previous home we had our A/C unit break, but instead of automatically talking us into a new unit they told us how it could be fixed much more affordably to regain several more years of life. When we moved, we called them again to inspect our new units and install smart thermostats. Listening to what we did and did not want (WiFi access wasnt something we care about), they suggested a thermostat that fit our needs whereas other groups just jump to the top of the line expensive option. 10/10 will call them anytime we need a repair or upgrade.

We are a family of 4 with a toddler and a newborn at the time when we bought a house in Pearland that needed a lot of work. We knew the ac system was not optimal, but since it was December, we really didnt test it. For the safety of our new born I wanted to have the whole system checked out. Once in the home we found out about Pro Air through a family friend and they came out to check out our system.We were in shock how back the inspection came out but relieved at the same time. Apparently, the previous owners smoked in the house. After years of tar build up from 30+ years from smoking in the home in combination with dog hair, all the ducts, air handler and furnace had layers of filth. There was dog hair and tar build up on the blower fan, over 1 inch of rat poop in the air handler. I did not want my family breathing in everything.Mr. Ingles recommended for the safety of our newborn and the existing condition of the system that we replace the ducts and the whole system.They explained the different type of systems available and identified the options that would work best for our home. They even addressed making sure the Master Bedroom has enough air flowing to keep it cool. In our past home, our room was the hottest. They worked out a plan that I could manage and we ended up replacing the whole system.Thank God we did. When they removed the system and ducts it looked even worse than I imagined in reference to the tar and dog hair build up. My newborn daughters breathing could have been impacted through contaminated air.The installation went smooth and they used all new parts instead of reusing old rusted parts. The furnace was actually bigger than the attic opening and they were experienced enough to take apart a section to make it fit.Two years later the system is still working smooth and our master room is just perfect.Thank you’ll for taking care of my family!

Eric is thorough, neat, careful and goes above and beyond. He explains things as many times as necessary for understanding. He has full knowledge of everything he he does. A friend recommended him. I used him for a preventative check. I was so impressed, I purchased a years maintenance contact and he’s been with us for two years now. Fixed a mess from the prior company and just installed a whole ac unit for us. Can’t recommend Eric highly enough!!

I walked with him as he conducted a very thorough inspection of our house and attic. He explained everything clearly to me as we worked our way through the premises.Erik provided us with a free estimate which contained a number of options. They correctly diagnosed a leak that another company had misdiagnosed (luckily had Pro Air look at it before spending money) and saved me a lot of money and unneeded repairs. Not only that after my Ac was installed they lift the portable Ac units to help me home cool off. Now here’s the main thing. They were 2 grand cheaper than my cheapest quote. Thank God I have air.

My AC went out Saturday. Contacted Erik and he came out on Sunday to see what went wrong and told me what my options were. On Monday I received multiple quotes for different scenarios. We made the decision to replace our whole HVAC system on Tuesday. Their team was at my house Wednesday morning ready to install the new system. I’m almost sure that if I would’ve made the decision on Monday, they would’ve been there Tuesday. By far one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. Very professional team, and everything from the beginning is clear cut and to the point. I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know for their HVAC needs.

2 years ago I had a high end unit installed and it has never worked correctly. There was issues concerning zone distribution, mildew, condensation at vents, and overall temperature management. After having installer back time after time with no fix I finally chose to have a second review of issues by another company. ProAir was recommended by a friend who had used there services and was completely satisfied. ProAir came out and with an hour identified all the issues and provided solutions at a reasonable rate. Not only did they fix all the issues but now the system is running the way it should. They did not leave until every issue was fixed and I was satisfied. Lesson learned was even if you pay to have the top end system installed make sure the installation team knows how to make it work. I wish ProAir had been the original installer as it would have saved me time money and piece of mind. I highly recommend ProAir to anyone who needs A/C work done correctly and give you piece of mind. Finally, ProAir is proactive and customer service friendly and easy to work with.

I used Angies list to find a recommended HVAC service repair company and they pointed me to Pro Air. After being contacted by the website, within 5 minutes they called me and gave me an approximate time they would be able to come and their in-home visit rate, which I found very reasonable. They phoned when they were close by, as I had asked and showed at my door promptly. They proceeded to troubleshoot the problem and quickly located it; gave me a price for the repair and got my problem solved to my satisfaction. I cant say enough good things about Eric and Francisco; they are very knowledgeable, professional, polite and efficient. It doesnt hurt their repair rates are very reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any HVAC problem you may have. Call them, you wont be disappointed!

Therefore, I called ProAir again when one of my units went down, the burnt out condenser blower motor was quickly diagnosed and replaced under warranty at a very reasonable labor fee.No doubt that ProAir is the only HVAC company that I will recommend to family and friends and trust for future cooling and heating service or unit replacement.

I am a new home owner and first time owner of two 3.5 ton AC units. I used to have 2 5000BTU window units growing up in an apartment. With the guys at Pro Air, I know they have my back to get things repaired.Before I purchased my house they inspected the old ACs and recommended a total replacement (original units were 20+yrs old!) and provided quotes to me that encouraged the previous owner to do the needed replacement.Then through out last 3 years I had random items that broke such as they repaired my board and motor on my heating unit and did some new duct work. Everything was done the same day.
