Thank you very much to the brothers at Prime. I had a leak detection service as well as the evaporator coil replacement. I called several companies before and was told a week out in order to have someone come by. I understand it’s the middle of the busy season, but when other companies did not show up, Prime showed up the next day, on time, ready to go. Just off of customer service and knowledge alone the guys are 5 star. I really appreciated how clean they were with covering the floors and wearing boot guards. Also, they were very fast and notified me of several other issues I had. They didn’t try to sale me on anything; they just gave me the options. Let these guys assist if you have hvac needs. Thank you guys so much.

We recently contacted Juan and Jesus for our summer AC checkout. When discussing some concerns, they identified several problems with our current system including duct routing issues. We decided to move ahead with their recommendations are extremely happy that we did. They provided us with clear explanations, an extremely good price, and promptly scheduled the service. When they returned to perform the work, they were on time, took extra care to cover our wood floors and stairs, and expertly completed the work. We highly recommend their services.

Very professional, straight forward, and honest company. They replaced my entire a/c and heater systems with brand new ducts, copper, and insulation in the attic. They had the lowest prices out of all other companies I got quotes from. They work very clean, fast, and also used very good well-known name brands. Needed some help on a Sunday replacing a thermostat, they came and took care of it without hesitation. Definitely going to use them in the future for all my maintenance and recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC work.

Picture this: you’re sitting down to dinner with your family. You hear a dripping sound. You look up to find your ceiling dripping water - your AC unit is leaking. You look at the clock: 7pm. Most HVAC places are closed. You find and call Prime HVAC, talk to Juan, and in 1.5 hours your unit is fixed up and good to go. This is what happened to me tonight - and it could have been so much worse without the quick action of Prime HVAC. Don’t hesitate to call them when you are looking for help with your HVAC.

I just recently purchased a old home. 1972. I was referred to Prime Hvac from a friend. And was quoted a pretty fair price. These guys replaced my ducts and added a vent in my home. Repaired my coil and the plenum and even helped me setup my new thermostat. In a timely manner. Friendly people for sure. Took all the trash with them and left absolutely no mess behind. My house cools perfect and heats great. They made more space in the attic for more storage by the way they setup the new ducts. They answered all my questions and taught me a thing or two to be more knowledgeable on the whole system. No complaints no issues at all.

I just got caught off guard with my AC quitting right in the middle off summer. It turned out previous owner changed the outside unit but not the air handler…long story short considering all facts it was time for all new system upgrade, which is not cheap. Although spending this kind of money is a stress in itself but above all the most stressful part was finding the right person/company that will do the job correctly. Thankfully I got to meet Juan after looking around and having one technician come out before him. When Juan came out and we started chatting, it didn’t take long for me to say bingo. I mean from start it was very easy to connect and communicate with Juan. He was honest, very knowledgeable at what he does. I was very happy before even the job was started just from our conversation. Juan did not just come out and said you have 4 ton unit so I’ll get you the same unit and gave me a ridiculous price as the first tech did, instead he explained to me how my existing unit was oversized for the size of my house, he inspected my ducts which in fact I knew were trash… and so on. It was Saturday evening when Juan came to my house so he scheduled the work for Monday morning. He came on time and finished same day. He gave me a very good price for all AC work and duct work. I have never been happy when having job done by someone and it’s my first writing a review. Job was done neatly no trash left behind. He even went beyond and applied seal around possible air leaking openings. I can go on but just WOW. I will recommend Juan to anyone a 110%.
