Caleb came out from Prestige and he was great. It took him less than a minute in the attic and let me know that I could not run my system like it was because not only was it not finished, but it was dangerous (because of previous installers). He got me up and partially running so the below freezing weather would not be so bad. They will be coming back out tomorrow to correct what was done wrong. I highly recommend Prestige. I hope I get Caleb back out again.

Their service is always timely and you can actually bank on a service window where a lot of other companies will leave you hanging all day waiting for service. Before we had prestige, one of the brand name companies came to look at our unit and told lies and tried to upsell on everything - I really appreciated the no nonsense approach of prestige.

Gave 5 stars because it didnt allow 10.Even during a natural emergency, they responded same day. Needed a part from a supplier who was closed.Managed to fix everything the next day.The first service tech to come out was truly an expert. This was not the typical you need a capacitor issue.2nd technician was the Owner. He came with an upgraded control voltage transformer to prevent this problem from happening again.Other companies have told us the unit is shot and needs a complete replacement.We were not pressured on an up sale. Simply fixed our problem.We will use them in the future and will also be setting up a service agreement to take care of 5 units for us.

David did a heater checkup as part of our annual service contract. He showed up on time and got right to work on inspecting and servicing the two systems. He was very transparent and informative about issues starting to appear with our downstairs heat exchanger. All of Prestige’s techs are extremely forthcoming and happy to educate the customer on system issues. There’s no attempt to upsell the customer with unnecessary service, which I appreciate.

It turned out to be the roof and not the ac, but David took the time to show us the issue so we could address it. When then asked if we could add on an AC flush/service and he did it no problem! I called Prestige to come out to my home when my AC went out unexpectedly. I spoke with Brian and he had someone out to my house within 30 minutes. The repairman was very professional and great at his job. The whole process took about an hour and a half from the time I called, to the time they were done! By the time he left, everything was working perfectly and my house was nice and cool again. I am always so impressed with their service. Brian is honest and professional. I will be a Prestige customer for life!

I found myself constantly calling because something was always breaking. Prestige happened to show up at my doorstep on the very day my AC broke again! And Ive been happy ever since. My husband has passed away since then, and I am grateful to have found Prestige when I did. Prestige is always a company that I can trust to be honest with me and do wonderful work. Prestige is THE BEST around! We have used them for everything from minor tune ups to more major repairs. We had had HVAC issues with our house ever since we had moved in and no one could ever tell us what was wrong, until we called Brian at Prestige. He was able to come out on a Saturday and within 20 or 30 minutes, had diagnosed the problem for us and got it taken care of! Brian is one of the best. I have come to know him through business events over time and he truly has great character. I can contact him, even after hours, with any AC needs and hes always responding right away. Its a pleasure to comment on a very recent experience weve had with the Prestige A.C. personnel. My daughter, who lives in North Houston, called me stating her downstairs A.C. unit was out. Although I have a functional knowledge of residential systems, I live out of state. As such, she summoned Prestige for assistance. The timely response, technical diagnostics and the suggestive repairs were spot on. The service manager Michaels subsequent intervention and systems discussion was unique and much appreciated. BrianGesner and his crew are absolutely amazing my heater went out during the ice storm in February of 2021 and they came out the day of the storm and got us up and running, changed out our whole system during a freeze, we sold our house since then and had to change our system at the new house yesterday we are up and running now,Prestige is a godsend thank you very much from the Rueben family we got the yearly maintenance plan and during the scheduled inspection they found mold that had been building up for a long period of time that we did not know about and was causing our kids to get sick who had severe asthma i cant thank the team enough for their knowledge and expertise the service we had was priceless, we are forever grateful thank you Prestige.

We were having issues with our air conditioning unit going in and out. After a few attempts trying to fix it ourselves it eventually died on us. I called Prestige that night, after hours, and they called me right back! I was impressed that they were willing to call me back that night and not just wait until the next day. They came out the following day and were very professional in their work and appearance. They were also wearing masks the whole time. They ended up fixing the capacitor, as well as blew out one of our lines which was clogged with trash. Doing this saved us from having future issues, so I was grateful they went the extra mile to do that! I was able to pay by card over the phone, so I really appreciated that convenience! We have used Prestige with two of my homes. The last time we used them, they came out during the Covid pandemic. They did a full indoor and outdoor AC replacement, including duct work. The pricing was great, and the whole job went smoothly. It only took them two days to finish the job. They were courteous, respectful, and wore masks the whole time they were here. About a week later we discovered that one room in the house seemed to be a bit warmer than the others. They came out right away, free of charge, and adjusted the AC to balance it out, and completely fixed the problem. I have been beyond impressed with their service and would gladly use them again.

I had heating issues at my home and had two other companies come out. They struggled to find what was wrong. They eventually decided it was the coils that needed to be replaced and priced me around $1300 to do that. I was not satisfied with what they found to be wrong with it, or the quote they gave me, so I called Prestige. They came right out and, although it took them an extra trip, they were able to quickly find a hidden issue in my heating unit. Once they found it, they were quick to fix it and ended up saving me a whole lot of money! Im so grateful that I called Prestige and didnt just go with the first quote, otherwise I would still be having issues, and Id be out a whole lot of money. I would certainly work with Prestige again if I ever had the need!

Prestige came out and diagnosed the root causes of my issues, repaired them quickly and efficiently and even returned to show me how much the relative humidity had been brought down to a healthy level. The person living in the unit commented the next day that they already felt better about the air quality in their home. Brian was professional, cost-conscious, and took time to educate us on the factors that lead to a good unit that protects everyone in the home. Even though they must be swamped with calls, he went to her house and shut off the water leak and the water heater before it burst causing even more damage. His wife took her drinking water because I couldn’t get there until the roads and gas stations opened. They did this out of total kindness for complete strangers. Hands down...This is now our plumbing and HVAC company
