Our condenser went down during warm weather and Prestige responded quickly to diagnose the issue. We opted to have our entire system replaced due to the age of the current one. I received 2 other quotes and prestige beat them out in price and installation availability. The company swapped our old unit out in under 3 hours, plainly explaining the details of the new system. I Highly recommended calling them for any HVAC needs.

Trent, Shannon and crew are absolutely awesome!! Our old unit went out at the beginning of summer 2023 and these guys and their company came over to evaluate the situation, give me a quote and give me a quick time frame to get our house back to normal. These guys and their crew set up the total change out of our AC and attic Furnace for a busy morning on my end full of “ to-do’s”. They had the whole job professionally done, cleaned up and onto the rest of their day before noon!! To say we are very pleased and totally recommend Trent, Shannon and Prestige AC/ Heating is a understatement!! Honest, Fair, Professional and very understanding of how busy customers can be 😁 on a day off. 5/5 for these guys, their crew, quality of work and a honest and fair price!!

Prestige did a great job! My AC went out while on vacation, leaving my oldest teenager in a hot house by herself. I called Prestige after being reminded of knowing one of the owners. Trent was able to help out right away, he came to my house within minutes of my call and assessed the situation. Was able to get my entire AC/Heating system replaced within days. Very professional and nice. Thank you so much for being my lifesaver while on vacation. I will recommend them to any and everyone. My AC unit looks great and works so much better! Saving me money!

I recommend Prestige heating and air conditioning. They are very professional. our ac stopped working and our insurance company sent us a company who looked at our ac and went up to the attic came down and said no way Im touching that and left. We just bought this house so i call my realtor Taz Elliott and he called my insurance to get in touch with prestige. They called and told me they will be there in the morning. Prestige fix the problem within 10-15 min they were fabulous. Do not waist your time with anyone else except Prestige heating and air conditioning!!! They are the professionals and the best thank you prestige!!!

Very pleased with Prestige! Would highly recommend!After calling another well known AC company and being told that the whole unit needed to be replaced and a two week wait, we decided for a second opinion. Prestige made a quick repair and cleaned the unit. In less than an hour, the AC was running again.With the temperatures hitting the 100s, Prestige really saved the day for us.

Highly recommend Shannon and his team. They installed a new HVAC system for us and there was a manufacturer problem. We live approx 40 miles from town so getting repairs/installations can be somewhat of a challenge. But Prestige stayed on top of it, consulting with the manufacture and ultimately resolving the issue. I appreciate Shannon’s extra effort (and drive time) to stand by his word and get everything running correctly.

Had a strange issue with the A/C only running when it felt like it. Trent found the problem (bad water pump in the basement) in just a few minutes. Picked up and installed the new pump. System is up and running great. All in about an hour.

My son referred me to Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning after he had his A/C system replaced under a home warranty a few years ago. We have used Prestige ever since. When our A/C unit died with the 100 plus degree heat this summer, Shannon let us use a portable unit until he was able to procure the make and model that we wanted. When the unit arrived, Shannon, Trent and crew showed up on time, removed the old unit from the attic and the outside unit, and installed a new A/C unit and furnace in under 4 hours, then cleaned up and hauled off the old equipment. Prestige provides professional and honest service and I will only use them for my heating and A/C needs.

We couldnt be happier with the new unit Shannon installed for us in April 2020. Shannon was quick to respond to an online inquiry for a quote. He provided us with quotes we requested for single stage units at 14 and 16 SEER and a variable speed unit. We ended up getting a variable stage unit, which was a little more expensive, but was much less that the quotes we got from 4 other companies. I was impressed with his thoroughness in the initial visit for the estimate. He made suggestions for our situation that none of the others who gave us estimates mentioned. He was very neat and did an excellent job installing our unit. He even leveled the cement slab that the condenser sits on for us. I highly recommend Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning! Our house has never been more comfortable. and it is a bonus that it is costing us much less to run the new unit! Thank you, Shannon and Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning!

Best service ever. My 26 year old unit went out and Shannon replaced it and installed a new one quicker than I thought it would take. He even offered to bring me a portable air conditioner until he could get out to put in my new unit. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. Let me tell you about a professional group of men! My air went down just as the temperature here decided to go through the roof. My home warranty covered the repair for new outside unit. When it arrived they had it all hooked up but something was off. This unit was super loud. They did not rest until the unit was tamed! I’m talking squeezing me in between appointments bringing new parts. (Apparently this unit was made on a Friday.) It is whisper quite now. Thank you guys!! First good night sleep in weeks!!

Very friendly and prompt service. Took him less than an hour to find the leak on my a/c system and fixed it just as quick. The charge for this service was more than reasonable. The next time anyone asks me who I recommend for a/c service, now I have an answer!

I had a leak going from my A/C unit into my drip pan and called my Home Warranty company. The warranty company sent out Shannon from Prestige Heating & Air. He immediately knew the problem as soon as I told him the symptoms and he quickly fixed the situation.NOTE: I recently heard that some HVAC companies offer a service plan and decided to questioned Shannon about it. He explained what services he offers and the price. He did this without pressuring me to buy it. Ive had my fair share of experiences with HVAC technicians.....this was the first time that it didnt cost me over $500 for a repair. Thank you for your honesty and quick work.
