I received five quotes for the repair needed on my HVAC system. Several people I spoke with over the phone tried to persuade me to replace the entire unit. You don’t replace your entire car engine when the alternator goes out, right?From the moment I called, I knew Camilo (the owner) was different. I explained what the first service company had told me, and he immediately offered to come over and confirm their findings. When we discussed my options, he could have easily recommended replacing the entire unit like everyone else, but he didn’t. Instead, he presented all the options, provided great prices, and let me choose what best fit my budget and needs.Camilo installed the new part without any issues. Throughout the process, he explained each step and took the time to educate me about how my HVAC system works. After searching for an honest, dependable HVAC company in the area, I’m confident I’ve found one.

Air Conditioning/Heating is a must living here in the great state of Texas, but it can be hard to find a good company to maintain your homes AC/heater. Sure you can find plenty of companies plastering their names on billboards or paid advertising spots on websites, but when them you are just a customer, number on a spreadsheet. With Premium Comfort Air you are more than just part of some companys bottom line. They are a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond. I wish I knew about them years ago!

Camillo came to the house and diagnosed the issue and gave me my options. He did not try to talk me into going with the most expensive option. He left my AC operation until he could replace the part. He showed me what the new part looked like and what the old part looked like. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Our A/C stopped working in the late afternoon on a Saturday. With a family of five, in the middle of Texas summer, we began looking for solutions quickly. I first called the company that installed our AC and repaired it a year ago. Mind you, our house is 2 years old. They stated they would get back to us on the next business day. I remembered someone mentioned an AC repair person on our neighborhood Facebook page that morning. I called him and got an answer right away. It was Saturday evening around 6:00. He immediately gave direction to help me try to diagnosis the issue. He stayed in contact over three hours and planned to meet first thing in the morning. He came a few minutes before the schedule time and promptly had us up and running. Best experience with a repair person in a very long time. He’s knowledgeable and seemed to care about my situation more than fees.

Camilo is excellent. He goes above and beyond for his customers. When my air conditioning was not working properly the day my wife came home from surgery Camilo came out after hours to assess our problem. He gave me an honest assessment of what was going on and the price for him to replace my full system and redo all duct work was by far the cheapest around. Prior to Premium Comfort Air coming out to start the job the air conditioner stopped working again and Carmilo came back out after hours a second time to get the air conditioner up and running again. Before he left my house after the install he locked me into his calendar for follow up services for the winter and all other routine maintenance. Even 2 days after full installation he called to ensure that we were satisfied with our new cooling system any additional questions or concerns. I felt like Camilo establishes a personal touch with his customers and is not just in it for the money like many other A/C repair companies that gave us quotes. I would definitely recommend Premium Comfort Air and Camilo to anyone.

When our system went out recently we were without AC for 3 days…after which I searched online and found Camilo who was at our house within hours, didn’t charge for diagnostics, and had a new AC installed within 24 hours (we knew it was the unfortunate truth that it was time to bite the bullet and install a new one). Not only was Camilo friendly, honest and FAST, but AFFORDABLE. His bid came in less than HALF of the bid from a local competitor. I was blown away. I only wish I discovered Premium Comfort years ago. Camillo came within 24hrs of me reaching out about an issue with my hvac system. Its starting to get hot so I wanted to make sure my system was working well. Immediately after he got here for service call the house was cooler. The system is older and needed a recharge to function properly. It also needed a valve replaced. I recommend this business because he laid out all the options for fixing the system. His last option was replacing the entire system because it is old.He was not trying to sell me a new system like another company did. I appreciate that plus getting the same system with labor included was about 3k less than what we were quoted before. This business actually treats you like a person. The business came recommended from another business that did work on another project for us.There was also a problem with the payment system. I contacted Camillo and he refunded the amount immediately. Retailers dont give you service like that. I would recommend Premium Comfort Air to anyone with hvac issues or problems.

Then, he and James showed up on time and worked all day to make sure we would have heat. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. Afterward, they cleaned everything up and gave me some information on upkeep that I had never been told and saved me money by telling me. Camilo is absolutely fantastic. I called him on a Saturday evening about an HVAC unit that wasnt cooling properly. He was there first thing Monday morning and had a new indoor and outdoor unit installed by Wednesday with super happy clients. Highly recommend him for any of your HVAC needs.
