    Their response time is just about as fast as it could possibly be. A sales person was on site within an hour of my first call, the equipment arrived an was working the following day . They were ready to do same day service, but I wasnt quite that desperate. Pick ups service was equally fast. Highly recommended for temporary AC needs, either planned or emergency.

    Great experience and incredible customer care. My A/C at home went out about 10 days ago and when I found myself scrambling to find solutions to a hot summer week with no A/C I came across Preferred Climate Solutions. The thing that drove me to conact them was their review rate which I though was very good .. honestly, I didnt even bother reading reviews.. the score was enough for me.I was in contact with Shane and within minutes I had my quote in hands. Shane walked me through the options after he asked about my situation. After talking to him i understood that their forte is commercial but they wont turn down people in need, so that shows they are here to do honorable business.I opted to pick up because I could, but mind you, these are expensive units (yes, I googled them) and at no time I felt like there was a concern at all and there was no attempt to upsell me delivery services (even though they would have a very good valid reason to force that which is the cost of these units). I would advice you do get the delivery if you are scared to transport a few $ks worth of equipment.When I picked up the unit I spent some time chatting with Shane and I can confirm that overall hes an honest straight shooter nice guy..No upselling, no hidden fees, no funky business.. just the way I like it.The unit worked well and helped us mitigate the heat, specially at night. Return was easy and as quick as the pick up.I would highly recommend everyone (residential or commercial) to consider Preferred Climate Solutions for your needs of cooling emergency solutions .. they were a pleasure to do business with.
