I have been using Precision Air Experts for years now. I would not trust another company for the attention to detail that Eric and his crew shows. They just replaced all of my air ducts in my 40 year old home. They were on time, cautious prior to starting the job by making sure my attic was safe for them to get around, and offers fair pricing. Eric is very knowledgeable in this field. He was the fourth HVAC technician that came to my house many years ago and was able to determine what the problem was without putting a bandaid on the issue. I have been using him ever since and refer all of my clients to them for their AC & heating needs. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend Precision Air enough! We had an issue with our ac right before we were supposed to leave town. My in-laws had used Eric before and gave me his contact info. He fit us in so quickly and diagnosed and fixed our issue all in the same day. We were able to leave town with peace of mind that our pets wouldn’t melt in this heat if the ac went out again! He also explained everything in a way that I could actually understand, and I so appreciate that. We will definitely be using them again!

Eric with Precision Air Expert Cooling & Heating came to me highly recommended by a friend. Eric is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He worked with me to provide the most cost efficient repair to get my A/C working without having to replace the entire system. Eric could have taken the easy route and said my system needed to be replaced. He went above and beyond trying different things, reaching out to tech support etc. to collaborate and come up with a solution to get it up and running because he is HONEST! He even came out on Sunday! Thank you Eric, I really appreciate it.

My husband & I are so impressed with Eric & Precision Air. Weve used them for years & what we appreciate about them is not only do they do HIGH QUALITY work, theyre HONEST & reputable. We will definitely use them to replace our current system! I honestly cant recommend them enough!UPDATE: Eric, John & Max just replaced our system & we couldn’t be more thrilled! They’re so knowledgeable & share that with their customers so we can make educated decisions. And they have great financing too! Oh & remember to get your systems checked at least annually to keep everything running in tip top condition!

John and Eric are provided me with the most quality and honest A.C work I’ve ever gotten, so I at least owe them a quality 5 star review!Of course my A.C decides to go out while it’s 120 degree index outside. I call and and ask if someone would be able to help me out. 10 minutes later John was at my door tools in hand and ready to diagnose the issue! Damn talk about speed!! He had my AC blowing ice cold air 25 minutes later!!! These guys know their stuff!! And the best part, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to fix it!! Highly recommend this company. They came out and fixed multiple issues caused by faulty installation by another company. John explained everything they did in terms even I could understand. This is the 1st comfortable summer day I’ve had in this house. So happy to know I can stay cool in this heat.

My go-to for myriad cooling & heating woes over the past three years. I first called Precision Air Expert when my AC broke and a technician from One Hour AC quoted me >$15k and multiple days of work to replace the entire system. Precision Air Expert diagnosed the same problem as a fried zoning board and were able to suggest a much more reasonable repair - simply replacing the zoning board.Ive never felt like Im being up-sold when working with Precision Air Expert; their quotes are always reasonable and the technicians are good at explaining the source of a problem and the different options for repair rather than trying to push unnecessary services. Ive always received fast, friendly, effective service in every aspect, whether it be scheduling service, discussing quotes, or (of course) the service call itself

Highly recommend! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! It’s a pleasure also to speak to someone on the phone that is so friendly and helpful! The guys didn’t try to upsell or push services that weren’t completely necessary. Gave me tips to save money on maintenance and worked with me on getting the cost of repair down. Sometimes finding a repair company for your home can be a daunting task but they made it easy and as painless as possible and I will definitely be calling them back if I need any other repairs or maintenance done! Thanks guys!

My mother needed service at her home which is located about 90 miles west of Houston. My mother had some issues with her air conditioning that was told by the local Town AC repair person who stated it needed to be replaced. With the expert help from precision air expert technicians they discovered that it was a minor issue and charged appropriately on a service call only after driving ninety miles to take care of two elderly who had just recovered from an illness. Its nice to see professional people do an honest days work. Thank you for all you do

AMAZING Service!!!! I quite unexpectingly learned that I needed to replace both my A/C and furnace. Shocked by the potential cost, I began the dizzying process of having to have people over to my house for two weeks straight to give me quotes on the replacements. The gamet of quotes ran from a few thousand to almost 20 thousand.Most of the sales people who came over used the same tactics which largely consisted of trying to scare me into signing an agreement with them immediately...or I’d never see such a wonderful offer again.Precision air was the exception! Justin came over and was straight forward in his assessment of my equipment, professional and personable. Eric, the owner immediately followed up and listed to my concerns and went out if his way to find me a deal that I not only could live with but that I felt was beyond fare. The install, like the sales process was, quick, professional and thorough.Having to replace your A/C and furnace all at once is a scary process. Having to hire someone to do this should not be. Precision air experts ROCK!!!
