I have used Plano Maintenance for my A/C since I bought my home in 2022. Every time I call they are able to come out quickly. This week they replaced both my units with multistage Trane systems. They were efficient and you would not know they had been in the house. The systems have made a huge difference in our home.

I decided to replaced my air conditions and Steve made sure to get me all the discounts that were available. He and his crew were very professional. They were very careful not to scratch the walls and did an excellent job cleaning up. Sometime the little thing matter too.

Steve and his crew did an awesome job. Took out both my older systems and put in 2 Trane systems that are incredible. Dont even hear them running. The crew was very knowledgeable and Steve made sure the job was done right and the systems, even though hidden, looked great and were set up for optimum performance and longevity. Highly recommended!!!!! 5/5!!!

Steve is the guy who will maintain and repair my HVAC from now on. I called Steve for a second opinion after receiving an extremely high estimate from a big service company for a repair on my 6-year old furnace. I knew costs had risen across the board during COVID but I found it hard to believe costs had soared that much. I was also told my unit was no longer under warranty. Steve quickly determined my unit WAS still under warranty, located the part, filed the warranty paperwork and repaired the furnace for a much more reasonable cost. Skill and integrity make a great combination!

Steve is quick and efficient and able to take care of our problem immediately. Always addresses all my concerns and questions and does a wonderful job. Has replaced my air conditions and made sure to get me all discounts that were available. Would definitely recommend him for anything.

Nothing fun about your A/C going down in July, but Plano Maintenance made it all better. Called on Tuesday morning and Steve was at our house in a few hours. Unit was 16 years old so we went with replacement. COVID and the TX freeze has made finding equipment very difficult but Steve found one in Shreveport, shipped it over, and installed it Friday morning! Excellent timely service, quality install, and all at a fair price. Would highly recommend!
