Pierce AC Services is outstanding. Greg was responsive and able to schedule us right away. John and Nathan were on time, respectful of our concerns, and provided several options to best suit our needs. John and Nathan completed the work and did an amazing job. Everything is running smoothly and they cleaned up the dust and removed the old materials that were replaced. Every technician with Pierce has been friendly and courteous. We highly recommend if you need HVAC services, you call Pierce AC first!

My AC was not keeping up with the triple digit heat. I called Pierce AC Services on Monday evening and they had technicians out by early the next afternoon. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue and looked to make sure there was nothing else that needed immediate attention. The Technicians were very professional and did not try to pressure me into extra services I did not need. I highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

Pierce has a great team of guys. They got out within a couple hours of my call and got our AC back up and running for a very reasonable service charge.Another company told me just yesterday that I needed to replace the entire system immediately. We may end up replacing our system before too long as it is getting a little long in the tooth. But I greatly appreciate Pierce getting us back up and running in the near term so we can plan for that expense.When it’s time for a new system we will definitely go with Pierce. Their honesty and professionalism really stands out!

Greg and his team came back this week to complete the replacement of the 40 year-old ducts in our heat & A/C system. They were in and out by noon and cleaned up any messes that resulted from the duct replacement. Very courteous and professional. The new ducts already make a difference in how effectively the system cools the house.

Greg and team were absolute lifesavers! Despite the Texas heat and a 2-year-old and 39-week pregnant wife to worry about, they were able to come to my rescue within a few hours of my call. My thermostats were completely powerless and I soon discovered that a pesky blown fuse was the culprit. Unfortunately, every time I replaced it, it would immediately blow again - not a good sign. I suspected a wiring issue and knew I needed help fast.Thankfully, Greg and JT were lightning-fast to respond and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They quickly identified the problem and made sure we had working AC within an hour - amazing!Not only that, but they also discovered a major hazard that I wasnt even aware of and fixed it for me.Their service was absolutely top-notch and I cant recommend them highly enough. Greg immediately responded to our call when our a/c was failing to cool our home. He came to our home first thing the following morning after our call to diagnose our problem. He was patient, kind, and thorough and gave us all the necessary information and pricing for us to make a well informed decision we were comfortable with. Ultimately, we chose to replace our unit. He was again prompt the following morning and went right to work. Greg hauled away the old unit and all debris associated with the change out. Our new unit was up and running in about 3 hours and we have had no problems since. We highly recommend Pierce AC Services, especially if you are looking for professionalism at a great value.
