Our AC went out so I called our insurance company, they contracted a company that was over booked so I called them back and they switched our contractor to S&M Air also know as Perfect Weatger Heating and Cooling. They sent someone out right away. Oscar came out and diagnosed the problem. Our unit needed a new compressor and Oscar was very informative about what would happen next and contacted the insurance company right away and got the ball rolling. It was a Friday and when I was told we’d have to wait till the part came in the friendly staff sent out someone with a portable unit. Before end of day I was told they’d be back Monday and sure enough Oscar was here first thing in the morning with the part and fixed our Ac. I appreciate the urgency this company has helping its clients. The knowledge and experience really shows and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you!

Very professional company, very knowledgeable. We found them through our home warranty company. They kept in complete contact with us from the minute we put in our claim, and even reached out after the service was completed. I wont use anyone else!
