My elderly mom’s AC unit wasn’t cooling when I got to her home, and with the temperature outside over 100 degrees I knew it could get dangerous really fast! A friend recommended Sergio and Pro Tech, and thankfully he was able to come within an hour or so and saved the day! I will definitely call Pro Tech again and refer them to anyone looking for reliable and reasonably priced work on their HVAC. -

Very enjoyable learning experience. Mr. Sergio was very attentive with his expertise and answered all my questions in a way for me to understand. He did not try to sell or push me for buying a new unit like another company tried to do. He gave my unit a chance to work for me with using his knowledgeable techniques and explained what to look/hear for to check that it was functioning as we hoped.
