Ryan and his team are so extremely kind and hard working. They have repaired our old HVAC unit a few times and just replaced our entire unit and we couldnt ask for better service! They are very reasonable and charged half of what other companies do! I had a positive experience with my AC replacement. The team was transparent and punctual. Their work was tidy, and professional. They were also very polite and went out of their way to implement some small user specific requests I had. They laid down cloth and wore boot protection slipcovers on my hardwood floors to make sure no dirt or damage. I recommend this team for your AC needs, thank you Penacrux!

Very reasonably priced; much, much cheaper than quotes from Dalco, etc.Didnt try to push a new system on us, unlike the Big Box HVAC companies.We will definitely use Penacrux for all future HVAC needs! 👍👍

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They tell you up front what needs to be done and why, making sure everything is up to code. They take pride in their work and it shows, from the moment they come to talk to you to the moment they are done with service! Bruce came to give us our estimate and won us over with his knowledge and expertise. I love the fact that their owner, Ryan, comes out and has his hands in it through the entire installation process. He knows that if his company name is getting out on it he is going to make sure it is done right and right the first time! These guys were awesome.Business owner, Ryan, was thorough, careful, detailed, and informative when he assessed the problems. When he and his colleague came to complete the work, they took care of my home, were friendly to my dogs, and completed the work in such as way that I was able to work with minimal disruption the whole day. I cannot recommend them highly enough.The only sign that they were ever here is that I now have an awesome new a/c system working beautifully.Id also like to say that Im often intimidated by contractors who can tend to be patronizing to women. These guys were friendly, helpful, and respectful.

If you are reading this, you probably already know how costly a new HVAC system is. We unfortunately had to replace two HVAC systems in two different homes last year about five months apart. For BOTH residences we used Penacrux. We built our main home, and that system the builder installed gave us problems pretty much from day one. In the beginning I called the company who did the install, they used some unethical billing tactics, so I called many different companies over the years, never the same twice because again, billing practices. I am extremely pleased with the guys at Penacrux and I highly suggest you allow them to provide you with an estimate. I’m one of those types who will save a buck and DIY what I can because of some outrageous repair bills given to me over the years. Let’s just say plumbers and HVAC repairmen are not on my Christmas card list. Penacrux did me right and I appreciate them for their professionalism and honesty. You guys have my business!!

Thank you Ryan for coming to my rescue! I just had a new water heater put in and suddenly my heater wasn’t working. I made a call to Ryan and he was there that afternoon. He walked in, looked around the heater, and said here’s your problem. Fixed the no heat issue in 5 minutes. It was awesome!
