    Amazing human being and amazing service. Without going into details, CJ went above and beyond to get my leaking AC repaired without charging ridiculous rates.     I had an incredibly positive experience with CJ.     My first experience with CJ was a couple of years ago where I called him on a Sunday with no heat in my home and he showed up within 2 hours to take care of the issue.Since then, I have had CJ install 2 new full HVAC systems in my home and round 1.75 years later I have been completely satisfied with his work. I must admit that I am not an easy customer to work with as I have very high expectations, so a high rating speaks volume for CJ and his work. He gave me a good price on replacing my two systems along with a good labor warranty. I have had to call CJ only once since my units were installed to check on Freon level in one of the units, and he came by timely to check it out (this speaks to him standing by the labor warranty he provides). I plan to continue using him for yearly tune-ups which are required to maintain parts warranty on the systems.If you need any HVAC repairs or new system installed, give this company and CJ a chance. Feel free to shop around and then compare his prices or ask CJ to match or beat. You will not be disappointed by his work.

    CJ has been great to me and my family. He is my first call for any HVAC related inquiries. I trust his diagnosis and trust his work. He is an honest and hard working professional.Over this past summer/fall CJ has helped resolve two significant issues for us. I’ll explain below.We have 2 HVAC Units at our house. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. The upstairs one had a blown capacitor and the downstairs was working all day and night and caused a lot of condensation build-up, resulting in a major leak in our drain pan, and ultimately leaking through our living room ceiling. Dripping rusty water all over our rug, couch and childrens toys. I was able to put some buckets down to manage the leak in the meantime.CJ was able to come out within 24 hours and quickly replaced the Capacitor. He pointed out how the previous contractor installed it incorrectly and showed me the correct way he installed the new one and mounted it. Then he got to work on the drain pan replacement. Again, pointing out how the previous contractor installed the drain at a negative slope, meaning the water would sit still until it was high enough to drain. Which explains a lot. He correctly fixed the drain plumbing, too and within minutes our systems were working perfectly. What a life saver.The second issue was noticed when our upstairs Nest E thermostat was providing the e183 error code. I could not figure it out, and it was almost 80 degrees upstairs and my Mother in Law was staying the weekend, so I text CJ and he shows up the following morning. He troubleshoots and identifies the issue is likely electrical. Turns out the coil on the outside unit was burned and another electrical component in the upstairs attic unit was fried too, from a short or some sort of wiring fault. He replaced the two components and the Nest unit recognized no issues and we are back to a perfectly running system.If you’ve made it this far then you can tell CJ knows his stuff and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for help!

    C.J. came to my rescue twice in two months when my thermostat went out because the fuse blew on my heater in the beginning of February in 30 degree temps and then on my a/c in March when temps reached 80. He discovered that my dogs were chewing on the wires outside and taped them up for me. While he was at my residence he also changed out some of the air filters in our attic.The second time he came over he bought a copper pipe and covered the wires to keep my dogs completely away from these wires to protect them as well as our unit.He was so kind, thorough and easy to communicate with. He knew I was worried about having no heat in the cold weather and came over to check it out on the same day.I cannot recommend this company enough!

    CJ is too good. It was Friday late evening when I called him to ask if he could come down and help me fix the Thermostat as it shows No Power, I tried to follow steps from online but it still wouldnt work. CJ said he couldnt come over, but it was crazy hot inside the house as the outside temp was over 100F so asked him if he could help me debug it over the phone - which usually no one does but to my surprise CJ did say yes.We had a video call and he was able to tell me what the problem was and showed me over the video call how to fix it.     Mr CJ is one of the most reliable, respectful and knowledgeable person I have ever met to tune our AC and Heating unit. He goes above and beyond to make sure that your units are taken care of properly and he also helps ensure that he follows up when it is time to tune them. One time he happened to be home to tune the AC and we were worried as our Laundry Washer was leaking water. We were in two mind if we should buy a new Washer instead but with his confidence and technical knowledge, we not only saved extra money by avoiding buying a new Laundry Washer, we also saved a lot of money in having an Appliance repair guy come and charge us double, one for visit and one for resolution. This was not something he was supposed to help us with, but thats Mr CJ for you. He did his research and came back with some recommendations which we tried and our Laundry Washer is back for 1/100th of the cost.We feel we know him for a long time and treat him more as a family now as he cares of our AC and Heating unit as if they are his.We cant thank you enough Mr CJ and we wish you the most success.     I have been using Houk AC service for my annual tune-up service. This year they increased the price again. I was looking for other companies and found this company. Their price for the tune-up is a lot lower than the Houk. No annual contract is not required. I scheduled the service, and the owner, CJ, showed up in time and spent more than 1 hour to tune-up 2 AC units. I remember that the technician from Houk did not spend more than 40 minutes total. In addition, I bought the UV sanitizer system for our duck at Amazon and asked him to install (paid additional fee). He spent additional 30 minutes installing the system and showed me how to change the bulb. At the end, he wanted to clean the AC units outside and asked me to bring a water hose. Since I had to leave, I told him to show me how to clean. So far, no other company offered me to show or mention about cleaning the AC units. At the end, he applied 20% discount for his labor since I was a new customer. I highly recommend this company!!
