Partida’s AC is great company to work with. We needed to have our system replaced and Albert came out and look at our unit. He gave us several options and we decided to replace both the inside and out side units. He completed to install in a timely manor and made sure the area was clean once finished. After he explained the thermostat and recommended how often to change the filter.After getting several estimates I was happy we chose Partida AC for our work. Thanks Albert for a great job!

When my residential AC quit working recently I reached out to a relative for recommendations on a local repair service and he referred me to Partidas Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, stating that he had used them in the past and was very pleased with the service. I spoke with Al Partida, explained my situation, answered a couple of questions, and was advised that he would be able to make a service call that same afternoon. A couple of hours later he called, provided a tentative arrival time, and in fact arrived at my residence about 10 minutes early. Al was able to get my system up and running with the replacement of one part, however, he went beyond just completing the repair, he did a complete inspection and system check, and gave me advice on keeping my system in top running order. Al was very professional, had the part he needed on his truck, and took his time to answer my questions. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the overall experience, have recommended him to another relative in need of AC service, and would strongly recommend him to anyone in his service area in need of AC repair.

We contracted recently with Mr. Partida to replace our 30 year old hvac unit. We are very pleased with the overall quality of work. I thought Mr. Partidas price was very fair based on published equipment costs and prices we received from other contractors. Mr. Partida gave us a price the same day we asked him to look at the job wheras some other contractors took over a week. In summary, the work was done when and how he said it would be done. In my book, many contractors these days cant meet those simple requirements. I feel Mr. Partida provides an overall good value option in the marketplace. So, thank you Mr. Partida for a job well done.

We are so glad we found Mr Partida! He came and checked our old AC that wasnt cooling and gave us a reasonable quote for a new unit and installation. He didnt even charge us to come out for the estimate. He was polite, communicated very well answering all of our questions, showed up when he said he would, left no mess, and worked Easter weekend and stayed late to get the job completed. We would definitely recommend Partidas Air Condition Repair.

I dont usually write reviews but when you have a service that is exceptionally provided, it should be shared for those who are not familiar with who to choose. It is the hardest part, blindly choosing which service to call, knowing that if you choose wrong, it can ruin your day!This particular day, I was so proud of myself for choosing Mr. Partida. He brought back my confidence in honest people. It was like 95° that day and he showed up with a smile and ready to work. He was kind, professional and my husband says extremely knowledgeable, which he doesnt say often. When he left, the A/C was working, the bill was more than reasonable, and we liked him so much we told him to come and visit anytime. It was a good day! Mr. Partida made an almost 45 mile drive one way to my home Monday evening to fix my AC. I called him that same evening, he finished a job in another town then headed my way, he arrived around 8:30PM. He worked quickly and the problem was the thermostat had gone bad. He replaced it and was done within an hour.The Shock was the bill for the replacement thermostat. He didnt have a new one with him, so he gave me one he had just pulled from a job earlier. He did not charge for the mileage nor the labor.Any other company would have charged me several hundred dollars simply because, in TX heat they would know I was desperate.Mr. Partida is the kind of business man who puts taking care of his customer well above making a profit. I have talked to others who have had him fix their AC and their sentiments were the same.He will do anything he can to help and he will never over charge you, in fact you will likely be shocked by how little he charges. His honor and generosity makes him the only person I will ever call for service on my system from now on.Rebecca P.

Mr. Partida responded to my husbands call at 11 p.m. and he had us on his schedule early the next day. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem. Mr. Partida replaced the capacitor and was very fair with his fees. We could tell that he truly takes pride in his work and taking care of his customers. You wont regret using Partidas for all of your AC, and heating repairs!

This company is amazing! My appt. was for Tuesday after Labor day but schedule changed so he came out on Labor Day. He was thorough and explained the process of what he was doing and what had caused the problem. Gave me tips on maintenance, and was such a nice guy! My phone calm for help was returned very quickly. Mr. Partida gave me a time and showed up on time. He diagnosed and fixed my ac problem quickly. He also checked the indoor part of the system and found that the ac drain had fallen into the floor and was not draining properly. He fixed the drain and tracked down the outdoor outlet for the water to drain. When he found the outlet clogged he also repaired that problem. He was very courteous and very informative during the entire process. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Just moved to Hallettsville & had to have coil replaced. Called & Albert was out the next day when he said he would be. He ordered part, came back & fixed ac. Would recommend Partidas for all your AC needs!!CAUTION ⚠️CAUTION ⚠️ ⚠️As I stated above, was glad he helped us out.Lost home to fire & rebuilt. We had a 4 ton outside unit we saved. Albert misled us & said we could use it. NOT! TOO BIGfor our home. Will cause attic to mildew! His attitude this time around was very hateful & rude! He would come work & then put us off for a few weeks. Called & no response from him. Job was paid in full then he tried to charge us labor after the fact & job not finished.Terminated him from the job. Will never call him for service again.Also by word of mouth different people gave us a little insight on him. Our A/C is older and had a problem that was difficult to diagnose. Two other repair services tried, overcharged us and left with a “fingers crossed” attitude. Mr. Partida was our third try.
