    My experience with Parker County Cooling and Heating has been great. I had a heat pump issue that was quickly diagnosed by the service technician for a very reasonable fee. I got 3 quotes for the work that needed to be done and Parker County was the obvious choice due to system quality, installation cost, and friendly demeanor. Jeremy was super easy to work with and Micheal and Jackson, the installation technicians, were also knowledgeable and friendly. Im very happy with the work that was done and the attentiveness of all the staff. They were also very flexible about payment options, making a nasty issue much easier to deal with. I highly recommend them.

    The woman who answers the office phone is super sweet and great to work with. Jeremy came out to give me a quote for a new unit and he was great. Not the typical salesmen vibe. Not pushy at all. Made me feel confident in the decision I made on the new unit and did not push the most expensive. He let me made an informed decision and answered all of my questions. The crew did a good job installing and Jeremy sent a follow up text to make sure I was happy with the job. Thank you Parker County Heating and Cooling. Definitely recommend!

    We called Parker County Cooling & Heating to give us a second opinion on repairs we were told was needed to our heat pump due to faulty original installation. Their tech David confirmed and explained very well what and why it was needed. So, we decided weā€™d like to have them go ahead with all the repairs. David did a great job of removing, cleaning and reinstalling our inside unit correctly as well as rewiring our thermostat and replacing our fan motor outside. Now our unit works great and efficiently. Their price was reasonable and we are very pleased with the service. We definitely recommend Parker County Cooling & Heating.

    Ive had this company service my A/C and heat pump three times (two maintenance appointments and one repair), and each time, theyve been respectful, punctual, and reliable. When my unit stopped working at the beginning of the summer, they showed up immediately and provided quality work. During servicing, they thoroughly measure the unit, clean reachable areas, take photos of any issues, and give me advance notice of potential problems so I can plan ahead and save for future repairs.Their annual membership program, which includes spring and fall visits, may be slightly higher than others by about $25 per visit, but the discount on parts for unexpected repairs more than makes up for it.Itā€™s great to know that a young, local company is delivering excellent service to Parker County residents and providing jobs for workers who truly want to be part of a company that cares for its employees.     David, our AC tech, arrived at our house at the time designated by the original call. All staff I spoke with were polite, and helpful, answering as many questions as they could and making a reference to another resource in the company if necessary. David was polite, and knowledgable. He was able to solve some of the issues we were having with our AC unit within less than an hours time, and make references to us for future care of the unit. Overall, we are happy with our service, and would call Parker County Cooling and Heating again.

    You will NOT be disappointed by choosing this Company!! Chris is amazing, down to earth & wont try to over sell you a unit you dont need! We had a tricky situation where outside unit had to be placed on a roof 25+ft in the air. No problem, Chris & his guys got it done! Our contractor drove a nail through refrigeration line, no problem Chris & his guys were out to fix it! They even came out months after our install to put vent covers on & install thermostat! Highly recommend them & will tell everyone in this area!

    This company is awesome. Wasnā€™t the cheapest quote we had but when Chris came out to measure for the estimate, he was very thorough and made us very comfortable going with them. The guys that was here working from Sean, that helped getting them started, to the other guys, Josh and Michael was great. They was very polite and and informative. Cleaned up their mess as well. I would definitely go with this company, cheaper it not always the best.

    These guys are incredible! My AC went out in the middle of the night. I called at 6:45 AM to leave a voice message and Coy answered in person. I told him my problem and he was at my home by 7:45 AM and diagnosed the issue - burnt out fan motor. Coy had that motor on his truck and by 9 AM, we had a house cooling nicely. Dude, when does that EVER happen...especially in August! THANK YOU !!!

    These guys were awesome! My wife and I were shopping around for a new A/C system after our electric bills were getting out of control with our 20+ year-old system. At first we got what we thought were reasonable estimates, some insanely high estimates, then their estimate - and it blew everyone elses out of the water. We got an incredible deal for our whole new system (indoor/outdoor units, air scrubber, everything). Every time I had a concern or started to worry about something (this is a BIG purchase after all), Chris was able to address the issues and helped to reassure me that we were getting the right stuff for our home. I feel confident that theyll be there for any issues if they arise. I highly recommend these guys!

    Amazing service from the phone call to the technicians. I had another company botch my new builds install which led to other problems and they couldnā€™t figure out what kept going wrong for 1.5 YEARS. The ac would go out every 3 to 4 months. I called out Parker County Cooling and Heating and they figured out what was wrong in 5 minutes. They found what was originally installed incorrectly and the damage it caused. They fixed it up the next day, which was Iā€™d say maybe 9 months ago and I have not had a problem since! The professionalism this company has is unmatched. I will never call anyone else!

    I can not say enough good about the guys at Parker County Cooling and Heating. Chris, Coy and Sean have all been awesome! We have had them out twice for two separate issues. The first was to top off the coolant another AC company had missed and the second was to replace a control board in our heater after a power surge. They provide great customer service and were able to come out quickly. They are the only AC company we will use!

    Absolute 5 Star Service from the initial call until the job was finished! Michael and Joshua did an amazing job installing our new Lennox system with WiFi Thermostats.     Had a leaking evaporator coil. Called 3 companies and they were the cheapest by far. What really sold me was the customer service! Amber was great to work with in the office securing financing for me and they fixed my unit SUPER FAST, because my air conditioner was not working at all when they fixed it. I would use them again and highly recommend you do too!!!!

    I saw Chris at the AC parts store when I bought an AC part hoping to DIY. When it became obvious that I could not correct the issue myself I called Chris. He came out on a Saturday morning and confirmed my diagnosis and unfortunately it was not a quick fix but fortunately it was not that warm out so we were able to endure for a few days. On the agreed upon day Chris promptly came out, replaced the bad coil for the agreed price. I did not bother to get any additional quotes because I knew his price was inline to todayā€™s costs. Also Chris presented himself professionally and is just starting his AC business. Maybe in 10 years he might be tired of the AC business but right now Chris is my new AC guy!

His service called for a weekend was over $50 less than other large companies. I know a little bit about AC systems and he did not try to give a false diagnosis. He is a small business owner that has just started about 18 months ago. Very honest and upfront. Arrived when he said he was going to arrive, troubleshot, or a system, fixed it, and even clean our second unit at no charge. Heā€™s a great small business owner.     Had been dealing with a problem in our air handler all summer when I finally decided to call a professional to get our AC back to 100%. I called a competitor to come out, inspect our unit, and give a diagnosis. My suspicions were confirmed and we had a bad blower motor. The good news was it was still under warranty. The bad news? The warranty replacement still came with a quote that seemed very high for what I knew would be a quick and simple replacement (I had watched the tech take the part out in less than 10 minutes, how could a reinstall take much longer?)Our AC still (mostly) working and having already made it through the hottest part of the summer, I decided to shop around and get some other quotes. After a couple calls, one of which wouldnt take the diagnosis from their competitor and wanted a $100 for service call to tell me the job would be more than the quote I already had, I came across what seemed to be a smaller locally based company and decided to give them a call.The guys at Parker County Cooling and Heating were nothing but professional and honest and were able to beat myfirst quote by a couple hundred dollars. After helping to register our unit for warranty, filing a claim, and getting the replacement part ordered, they called to schedule our repair. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out they could easily work with my schedule and fit us in the next morning.The tech arrived right on time the next morning, worked quickly and cleanly, and gave me one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a home repair. It was so convenient to able to chat with the company through text. Everyone I spoke with was honest and personable, never speaking from a condescending place of we know what you dont and you need us more than we need you but instead from a position of providing information to help you understand and earn your business. They clearly take pride in serving their community.I highly recommend making them your first and only call for all your residential HVAC needs.

    I would highly recommend Parker County C&H! They keep in touch, let you know when theyre close to arrival, call ahead if they can make it to you earlier than scheduled, and do what they can to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Chris is great and had us ready to cool down in less than 24 hours. They also take care of submitting any warranty paperwork, so you dont have to deal with that headache.     Great service, very reasonably priced, honest and professional. My system was still working but I had questions about whether everything was working efficiently. They found an issue with my ducting that should probably be upgraded and are sending me an estimate for upgrades. They also found that my supply duct was leaking conditioned air into my attic. They fixed this issue and only charged me 1/4 hr labor which more than fair. I would have no problem recommending Parker County Cooling and Heating to friends and relatives.

    I am so pleased with Parker County Cooling and Heating. They are quick, professional, and what youā€™d want from an A/C company. I called them to help re-install a nest thermostat that wasnā€™t functioning. They were able to show up within an hour and a half of my phone call, and had it all fixed within a few minutes. Pricing is completely reasonable and transparent. Flash forward a month later when it got cold, the heating function wasnā€™t working, so I called and they were here within 2 hours on a Saturday morningā€¦ turns out the fix was MY fault, but the tech was so kind and got it all taken care of.     Our A/C was broken upon returning home around 9:00 pm on a Friday. I called and was able to speak to someone and was scheduled 7:30 am the next day (a Saturday). The problem was diagnosed, and it isnā€™t what anyone wants to hearā€¦.the compressor was shot. Coy, our technician, made some quick calls and was able to get a replacement unit before the warehouse closed at noon. He can back and installed our new outside unit same day! I like to watch people work, and his work had excellent attention to detail: re- leveling my pad, even using a mirror to check his soldering joints.     Once they came to my house to give estimate, it showed up in my email right away. I accepted the quote directly from the email and shortly received contact to arrange a date and time. Very efficient. They showed up when they promised. Very prompt. Very courteous crew. There was a potential I could have paid more because the repair work was not diagnosed at the time of the quote. It was an old unit but they were able to restore it with only replacing a capacitor. They could have easily pushed me to replace the unit. These people know how to run a business in the 21st century.

    I called on a hot day when my AC failed. Not only did they answer the phone, but they scheduled an inspection the same day, diagnosed the problem, and ordered parts ASAP for a repair that was done 1 day sooner than originally projected. You could not have gotten the job done any quicker if you tried, and the price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. Ill never call another HVAC company again!

    Incredible!! In 105* temperature, ALL of the companies were packed full with appointments. The gentleman that answered, CHRIS, apologized profusely about not being able to set an appointment until the next day around 11 a.m.Totally understandable this time of year! CHRIS then had some tips and listed 3 things to check out. One of his tips was the culprit and the A/C is now cooling the house nicely.     Parker County Cooling and Heating was able to diagnose and quickly fix a problem that the former HVAC company could not diagnose - the former company charged me $1,000.00 to replace a heat strip which did not resolve the problem. The company came back and decided it was a wiring issue, which they fixed at no charge. However this did not resolve the problem either. I THEN CALLED PARKER COUNTY AIR AND HEAT- they immediately identified and fixed the problem. The hard start kit needed replacing as well as the capacitor. They were very courteous and called me to tell me the pricing (very reasonable). and guaranteed the hard start kit for 2 years. The former company never advised me concerning the heat strip cost - they simply replaced it - no guarantees. I also checked on the York internet site. Heat strips on their site are no where near $885.00 +$115.00 service call charge DURING regular BUSINESS hours. Parker County Cooling and Heating IS about 1/2 price for a service call compared to the former well known HVAC in Weatherford. PARKER COUNTY COOLING AND HEATING IS NOW MY NEW GO TO COMPANY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM HONEST, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT.
