We had a plumbing issue that needed a fast response and we were incredibly lucky to have contacted Nick. We called him on a Sunday night and he was at our home the very next day to asses the situation and provide an estimate. Im trying to keep my review short but I have so many great things to say about Nick, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as was his partner, Randy. They were able to fix our issue, add a quick connect to our gas line for a generator, and install a tankless water heater all in one day!We now have a company that we can rely on for so many of our housing needs - plumbing, electrical, and HVAC!

My main water line busted and I called a well known company to come take a look. The quote they provided was astronomical! I called OneCall for a second opinion and they came in 25% less. Nick took the time to explain the issue and offered a couple of different options. I felt empowered to make an informed decision on how to approach the repair. Nick also explained their 0% interest financing option in detail, which helped me manage the unexpected cost for my water line. They were able to complete the 70’ replacement the same day to get my water back on as quickly as possible. Nick gave me pictures of the project so I have a record of where the main line runs for future reference. From here on out, OneCall will be my only call for any plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs! Thank you, Edgar, for the Tiff’s delivery the next day!!

Mr Bert, is an amazing person very cool. He has a great energy, great personality and on top of everything he got my job done. It has been stressing me and giving me anxiety but now I know not to worry anymore I’ll be able to start work as soon as possible. I am giving him hundred out of hundred he is great and he knows what he’s doing since 1981. I will highly recommend this company and ask for him. Trust me. I don’t leave reviews, but when I do looking into it.

From the moment I first called Nick, I was impressed by his professionalism. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to ask detailed questions about the problem. He quickly arranged for a same day appointment, which was a huge relief given the hot weather. Once Nick arrived, he conducted a thorough inspection of the AC unit. He explained what was happening to my AC and what needs to be done for my AC to run smoothly again. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain the issue in terms I could understand. Nick was efficient in fixing the AC problem and also re-checked to make sure everything works good. Overall, I had an excellent experienced with Nick. He was knowledgeable, professional, and delivered great result. I highly recommend Nick for anyone needing AC repairs or general plumbing work. We called OneCall Houston and they were able to work around our schedules to send someone out quickly and when we were available. Nick is the best! He was able to come out on a Saturday to diagnose the problem, set up a plan and have the issue resolved middle of the day Sunday. He was very knowledgable, kind, and him and his team were able to fix our main sewer line incredibly fast! Can not recommend their service enough!

Wonderful service!!! On our first interaction, I spoke to Bobby who really took the time to listen to the problem, run through possible issues and come up with a game plan. At the forefront of our conversation, Bobby made sure to reiterate he wants to be as fair as possible, which really went a long way for me as our home warranty was messing around and made us simply feel like a number. Not Bobby. I said let me speak to my husband, and we called back the next day asking them to come out. Bobby squeezed us into the schedule that same day, and when the technician came out, we got Preston. I truly couldn’t imagine receiving anyone better. He was super friendly and laid back, literally talked us through everything he was testing, and what he might need to do. After a few minutes of him out in the heat dripping with sweat, he accurately diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Turns out we had a failed capacitor. He talked us through what we can also do to keep the AC in tip-top shape. He got us sorted on that very visit. Super thankful to Bobby and Preston. Very reasonable pricing & A+ customer service! It seems we found our forever AC company!

I needed to have a leaking kitchen drain repaired. The plumber, Will, came out and ascertained the problem and gave detailed information on what needed to be done and how he and his crew would do the work of rerouting the drain line. The crew arrived as scheduled and began work. The men were very courteous and workmanlike in completing their tasks. The job was completed ahead of schedule. The job site was cleaned up satisfactorily and I can say that I was well pleased with the outcome. I will certainly give them a call the next time I have a plumbing problem.Update: The cleanout tee installed on the above job developed a leak due to a crack. I contacted One Call and within 90 minutes I had a plumber at the house working on the repair. Another 30 minutes and repairs were completed. Very nice job! Everyone, from Rick, taking my call and getting things rolling, to Andrew, who made the repairs, were courteous and professional. I am beyond pleased with One Call and their work on a warranty issue. If you’re in need of a plumber give them a call.

I called this company to look for a leak. I wasnt sure if our problem is caused by a former termite issue or if there is a new leak problem in the floor. Rigo is the best! He is honest and explained everything to me. He spent 30 minutes to look for the leak and gave me the assurance that my floor warping is due to a former termite problem and not a leak. I feel that vendors often have a negative bias of women and sometimes try to cheat. It is refreshing to find the opposite in this company. Rigo is so genuine. This company has integrity and if all their employees are like Rigo, you definitely should call them!

After the storm I called one call to have an input plug installed in the house for a portable generator. Matt came out and did a fantastic job! He worked me through the input requirements for the house, ultimately ended up getting a softstart unit for the A/C to ensure we could run it off the portable generator and a whole home surge. Everything was installed in a few hours, very clean and the portable generator works great and runs the A/C. Very glad I went this route, under $3,000 and I can run the whole house and A/C on the generator.

But unfortunately mine had to get replaced mine was leaking. Rigo came out and did a diagnostic on the unit and was able to replace it for me on top of other plumbing issues I had in the home for a reasonable price. One Call dispatched two guys named Mike to us. They smoothly handled a laundry list of small repairs, both plumbing and electrical, within a few hours. They even spotted and repaired an issue that was not on our radar. Scheduling the appointment took a bit of extra effort- I had sent a detailed list in an email, and I ended up having to call them and repeat myself. At the top of our list was replacing the flex hose on our range, and the two Mikes arrived prepared to do electrical work, but not the gas line. It wasn’t a big deal for them to go get the proper hose, so not a big fuss. If it were an option, I might have taken off a half star at most, though.

We are very lucky to have OneCall Houston as our service provider to all things related to keeping us cool and warm! On Sunday evening (6/1/24) our upstairs unit decided it didnt want to keep us cool anymore. I immediately contacted OneCall through their website and within 2 minutes, received a call to have a technician scheduled the next morning. The first technician that came out, I cant remember his name, I believe Rob, advised that we were low on freon and said that we probably had a leak. Unfortunately the equipment he came with could not detect a leak so he recommended a second opinion from another technician that had different equipment. Matt B. was sooo kind and helpful! He detected a tiiiny leak in our unit at the condenser and gave a few options on what we could do to fix it. Christian was wonderful, he came out earlier than expected and identified the problem within 30 minutes. We were expecting to have to replace the entire AC unit but to our surprise, Christian said it was a small part within the unit that had gone out. He was professional, nice, and overall he provided a great experience. The pricing was very reasonable, in fact, it was a lot less expensive than we had thought. We were so satisfied and impressed with this company and Christian that we have already scheduled for him to come back out and look at some electrical issues. If youre looking for an honest company with nice employees to fix the various issues in your home, this is the place to call!

Called for service at 7:00 AM ...2 technicians were at my house at 9:05 AM to diagnose the problem with my AC unit... after discussion a plan was proposed and accepted. 2 specialized techs came back and repaired the leak in the unit...refilled the unit with Freon...tested the output to assure the cooling system was operating normally... very pleased with the employees and their work. Would highly recommend One Call.
