    Our AC needed some attention.. I called One Way 1st due to the reviews. I dont trust mechanics and AC techs, they are the biggest rip offs. I did tell Veronica when she answered the phone how I felt, she said to please allow her the opportunity to earn my business. She sent a supervisor along with the tech and I told him that we just had a supposed tech that came by on Monday and he said that he did the service and added Freon and now he wont return our calls, he ripped off my daughter for$100. I told my daughter to allow me to call a professional company to handle our issues. I called this One Way company that had been here locally for 15yrs and great reviews. I also learned that when a tech tells you that hes added Freon hes lying cause theses types of AC systems never need Freon unless you have a leak. Our AC system works great now and they also guaranty the work! I cant say enough great things about One-way.     I called one way and they sent a friendly technician he did some things and told me to do some things and if the house was not cooler in a day to call back.There was improvement but not enough , so I called them back and they showed up and after a half hour he gave me his diagnosis and a price we agreed on the service and cost and the house is cool and the system is working wellThere are times that you are not sure if you called the right people to fix things I am 100% sure I called the right company to repair my air system from the lady on the phone to the great technician that arrived at my house and had to deal with my over friendly dogs who nipped at his ankles as he walked thru my house if you need service on your heating and cooling give one way a call you will not be disappointedThanks one way ftom the Holland family

    Had an issue with my heater system at my rental property. Called their main number and they were able to have a tech check the unit within the hour and have the issue resolved by next day early morning. They did offer to fix issue the same day but due to scheduling conflicts with my tenant we opted for next day early morning. I reside across the country and it was a super easy and simple process to schedule & handle payment over the phone. Mike was great! Definitely consider if you are having any issues.

    Our air conditioning unit is located in the attic and droplets of water had started forming on our ceiling. Based on their pristine record, we contacted One Way H&C. Bottom Line, they scheduled to see us that same day and Mike fixed the problem. He then inspected the rest of the cooling unit and did some additional maintenance. Both Mike and his associate were friendly and knowledgeable. Their fee was very reasonable. This is the type of company and the type of repairmen you hope to get when you have an issue. I highly recommend this business and will use them in the future. Trust me and the other reviewers, you will not be disappointed.

    This company provided amazing service! The Assistant who took my call and the technicians who came out to service my AC were amazing! My AC was not working properly, and they came out within the hour of my call. They were quick straight to the point and extremely informative.     One Way Heating and Cooling, LLC provided the absolute best customer service. I called to schedule an appointment on my way home from work and they were able to come to my house within an hour. I am pretty terrible about remembering names but I think Veronica helped me over the phone and she was very kind and understanding. Mike and his team arrived to my house quickly, asked a few questions, and got right to work. They fixed the problem quickly but Mike still took the time to explain what was going on and gave me tips on how to best circulate the cool air. On top of the excellent customer service? They did not charge me a dime! As a single mom of two young children I am extremely grateful for their act of kindness. You just don’t receive this level of customer service anymore. If you need HVAC services, please don’t hesitate to call this company!

    I’ve found my go to A/C repair company! I had a bad condensate pump and since my A/C was still cooling, I was ok with and expecting to wait a few days for someone to come out. Imagine my pleasant surprise when One Way said they could come out same day! From the get go, the woman I spoke with to set up the appointment was very professional and helpful and she was very transparent about a potential cost for the service call. She made me feel at ease when setting up the appointment and I appreciated her candidness. Secondly, Antwan and Miguel came out, even before they were scheduled to and got right to work. They were polite and professional, but also noted my Green Bay Packers paver out front, which I thought was a nice customer service touch. They walked me through everything and were done in maybe 30 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

    The only reason I didnt check on time is because Mike and his crew were actually early! If youve been in El Paso any length of time, you know thats rare:). I cant say enough about how GRATEFUL I am for Mike. Ive encountered a few angels that God sent my way since moving here and Mike is one of them. I have 2 units, one hadnt worked since I bought the house and the other one was in need of refrigerant. Well, the one needing refrigerant died over the weekend, and I had been told that I was going to have to replace both units. Mike stepped up, fixed both units and got me approved for financing for the repair. Now my home is cooler than its ever been. My family and I are eternally grateful. Excellent service, highly recommend!!!

    This company will be my goto in the future. My unit was not engaging and they came out within an hour. After 2 hours of troubleshooting they diagnosed the problem and fixed it without a charge. They said it was a very trivial fix. It didnt require new parts. So they didnt charge me. Now I know that it not usual, but that was very honorable. A different company might have charged me, then again, thats why this company is now on my speed dial!!! Thanks again!🖤🖤

    HVAC tech Mike was on time, arrived earlier than scheduled. Very professional and briefed me on what he was going to do. He confirmed what I was kind of expecting what was wrong with my A/C unit. Fixed the issue and cleaned the coils. Affordable price, better than some of these other companies charging an arm and a leg just to diagnose the issue. Highly recommend “One Way” and ask for Mike.

    My A/C system went out last night. I looked at a couple of YouTube videos to troubleshoot why my outside refrigerator A/C went out. Everything pointed out to be my capacitor. Home Depot and Lowe’s only has them online and are available at Amazon for about $10- $17. One Way A/C services was called to repair my A/C. The service was prompt, about 15 minutes of work and approximately $300 !!! Outrageous Price !!! This wasn’t an emergency repair !! Watch some YouTube videos and do it yourself!!

    What a great company. Company. Calledon a Saturday morning, they were there in 2 hours. Decided to replace unit. It was 2000 less expensive then the old unit and they were done in less than 8hours(last company took 2 days) put in in on Monday morning. Professional all the way. Highly recommend!!

    I already had a company come out to shut down my Mastercool and start up my furnace. The first night I used the furnace, my dogs were vomiting all night and I felt very sick and nauseous. I was sure I was having a carbon monoxide problem. I called the fire department and sure enough there was carbon monoxide leaking from the furnace and there was water coming off of my roof from the Mastercool. I knew the night time temperature was going to drop down to 30° and I was frantic to find a company that could come out on such short notice to find the problem and fix it. When I called one way Heating and Cooling, I spoke to Mike. I explained the problem as best I could and within 3 hours they were at my home. They were very professional and friendly and got to work right away turns out the vent above my furnace was not attached properly and the other company did not open the damper! Also the valve above the water heater that leads the air conditioner was corroded and not functioning properly. It couldnt be tightened and it was causing the leak coming from the roof. I was shown pictures from before and after. Everything was left in order and I couldnt believe the reasonable prices for the amount of work and time they spent getting everything set up for me and they tested for carbon monoxide. They left everything as it should be. I will be sure to give one way Heating and Cooling a call in the spring.

    Our air conditioning unit for our upstairs stopped working back in mid-May. after literally messing around with our home warranty company and unable to get a contractor assigned for a month, we contacted One Way. They came out the same day we called, they showed up right around the time they said they were going to be here, the communication was totally on par. They worked so fast, were very courteous, and fair. AC was working right after they finished replacing a motor in our attic! Literally took them under an hour to do it!     I’ve never left a Google review but This company will be my family and I’s go to for whatever services they provide! The tech helped me trouble shoot the system over the phone to make sure he wasn’t just charging for no reason and came last minute on extremely short notice on a Sunday to fix the issues when he heard that it was 93 degrees in my house with my two little ones. It was an extremely affordable price for a short notice service and for the work the tech did where everyone else I called tried to gauge for emergency services! They are literal life savers.     The service man did a great job.I had hired another technician from another company before.and they charge me 200 dollars and didnt fix it, they wanted to replace the gas valve on the heater and charge me another 800 dollars.
